Three people were arrested Tuesday at protests held outside a meeting of the Glendale Unified School District board, where pro-and anti-LGB-TQ+ demonstrators faced off over how schools teach gender and sexuality.

After the skirmishes, police in riot gear kept pro-LGB-TQ+ protesters and conservative groups separated. Three people were arrested for various charges, including allegedly using pepper spray and obstructing officers, according to the Glendale Police Department. Close to 500 people showed up at the protest at GUSD headquarters.

Three people were arrested Tuesday at protests held outside a meeting of the Glendale Unified School District board, where pro-and anti-LGB-TQ+ demonstrators faced off over how schools teach gender and sexuality.

Law enforcement declared an unlawful assembly after fighting broke out outside the building, officials said. The situation temporarily disrupted the meeting, which was about an hour into public comments on an agenda item calling for recognition of June as Pride Month — which board members unanimously approved late in the evening.

Earlier in the day, hundreds of protesters had swarmed outside the building, some waving American flags and others waving Pride flags, with many documenting the scene with their smartphones. Those who were protesting the board’s LGB-TQ+ policies chanted, “Leave our kids alone” while naming each of the five members of the board.

A dispersal order was given just after 6 p.m. and additional police resources were requested “to ensure the safety of the Glendale community would not be compromised.” Board members later unanimously adopted the resolution to declare June as Pride Month.

Last Saturday (March25) police responded to to a report of arson at the LGBT friendly Community Church of Chesterland, Ohio where a Drag Queen Story Time event was due to take place.

A racist “White Lives Matter” neo-Nazi member was arrested yesterday in connection to firebombing.

“A racist “White Lives Matter” member firebombed an Ohio church that planned to host a “Drag Queen Story Time,” federal prosecutors say. Ohio resident Aimenn D. Penny, 20, faces up to 30 years imprisonment if convicted on two charges of malicious use of explosive materials and possession of a destructive device in the March 25 attack. The FBI reported finding a Nazi flag, a White Lives Matter of Ohio T-shirt, and other hateful memorabilia in Penny’s home.”
“Penny is one of the men suspected of throwing Molotov cocktails at the Community Church of Chesterland, allegedly in response to the congregation’s plans to hold two drag-related events on Saturday, April 1. Well before the Molotov cocktail strike, authorities say, Penny showed up to another drag queen event on March 11, where members of White Lives Matter were carrying “swastika flags and shouting racial and homophobic slurs and ‘Heil Hitler.’”

There were no reported injuries from the incident .

Under a post with a photo of Bragg captioned “FAT PIECE OF SHIT!” another user commented: “There once was a time when he would have been lynched for much less.” “The whole trans terrorist thing must have been polling badly so they decided to indict Trump based on the testimony of a lying jew and lying whore,” one influential neo-Nazi account on Telegram wrote, alongside an AI-generated image of a tattooed, topless Trump in a prison yard.

Just remember. Yes, we can make fun of the crazies. But because they are, in fact, crazy, that makes them dangerous. The ones who are not certifiably crazy but may be very angry “true believers” are even more dangerous. So we ask everyone to be diligent in watching for your safety for the next week.

Tulsa Fire investigators are looking for a person of interest after someone smashed a window at a Brookside donut shop and threw a Molotov cocktail inside. This is the second time the business has been vandalized in the past two weeks. The owners of The Donut Hole near 31st and Peoria said they were out of town when they got the devastating call that their business had been targeted again. Investigators said the person first puts a letter with anti-LGBTQ rhetoric on the door of a neighboring business, then uses a bat to smash through the glass door. Once it was broken, the person is seen throwing the explosive device inside.

A Kansas City, Missouri man has pleaded guilty to federal hate crimes charges after shooting a teenage boy 8 times because he was gay.

Malachi Robinson, 26, admitted this week to shooting the teen on May 29, 2019. After the boy approached him and asked to connect via Facebook. The two then began a conversation over Facebook Messenger in which M.S. asked about Robinson’s sexual orientation and suggested the meet in the library’s bathroom. Robinson told him that he was not gay but agreed to meet outside the library to engage in oral sex in exchange for $5.

All the while Robinson was sending screenshots of the chat to his girlfriend.

Robinson then left the library and followed the teen to a wooded area nearby,. That’s when Robinson shot the teen approximately eight times, hitting him three times in the chest, three times in his right arm, once in his left buttocks, and once in his right hand, almost detaching his finger.

On a June 2, 2019 Facebook message, he wrote, “I shot a ni**a. He was being gay af and following me like a mf.”

“This attempted murder is a reminder that hate crimes against the LGBTQI+ community are real and must be confronted,” Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division said in a July 7 statement. “Violent acts targeting people based on their sexual orientation are heinous crimes that have no place in our country.”

The unidentified teen miraculously survived and spent two weeks in the hospital before being released.

A first-class passenger flying home from Atlanta became enraged with a flight attendant who refused to continue serving the man alcohol, calling him a “fag” and a “queer” before throwing a glass of ice at him and hitting him with an onboard telephone, according to an FBI affidavit obtained first by The Daily Beast. Christopher Alexander Morgan was arrested when Delta Air Lines flight 2908 touched down April 22 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, states the affidavit, which was unsealed Monday. He is facing charges of interference with flight crew members or attendants, a felony which carries up to 20 years in prison,

Morgan said the flight attendant was “homosexual and that this made him uncomfortable,” according to the affidavit. Morgan said that he is homophobic and that it is possible he could have been intimidating to the flight attendants.

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested and charged on Monday a Long Island man for mailing letters threatening to assault, shoot, and bomb LGBT affiliated individuals, organizations, and businesses and NYC PRIDE.

Agents from the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested and charged on Monday a Long Island man on a warrant issued by United States Magistrate Judge Steven I. Locke for mailing letters threatening to assault, shoot, and bomb LGBTQ+ affiliated individuals, organizations, and businesses. 

Fehring was arrested this morning and will make his initial appearance this afternoon before United States Magistrate Judge Steven I. Locke.

As alleged, the defendant’s hate-filled invective and threats of violence directed at members of the LGBTQ+ community have no place in our society and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” stated United States Attorney Peace.

This Office is firmly committed to protecting the civil rights of all members of every community in this district, including the LGBTQ+ community and other minority communities.

Fehring’s alleged threats to members of the LGBTQ+ community were not only appalling, but dangerous, despite the fact he hadn’t yet acted on his purported intentions.”

“As you faggot scum are preparing to waltz your fruity, freaky f—-t asses down the NY parade lanes, we warn you that there will be radio-controlled devices placed at numerous strategic places, and firepower aimed at you from other strategic places. We’ve had enough!!! This will make the 2016 Orlando Pulse Nightclub shooting look like a cakewalk,”

After his arrest, Fehring said there was a “sickening overdose of that stuff being shoved down everybody’s face on the paper, on the TV and all over the place, and I’m not a fan of any of the homosexuality, homosexual thing,” according to the FBI.

Fehrings arrest comes after in the wake of a minority of queer groups pressuring NYC Pride to remove all police presence from NYC Pride events.

A group of several hundred people holding American flags, Trump memorabilia and signs calling for “medical freedom” arrived at Los Angeles City Hall on Saturday around 2 p.m., the Los Angeles Times reported. A small group of counter protesters gathered nearby. About a half-an-hour later a fight broke out between the protesters and counter protesters.

Video from the scene shows groups of people brawling at the scene.

Frank Stoltze, a reporter for KPCC radio, tweeted he was at the protests and was “shoved, kicked and my eyeglasses were ripped off of my face by a group of guys at a protest – outside City Hall.”

It’s not clear exactly how the fight broke out or who was involved, but the Los Angeles Police Department says a man was stabbed and was in serious condition.

There have been over 617,096 deaths in America since the pandemic has begun.

After a pre-planned rally on Saturday in Freedom Plaza in support of President Donald Trump and his unfounded allegations of voter fraud in the presidential election.  Hundreds of the domestic terrorist militia group the Proud Boys and other Trump supporter’s rampaged through the streets of Washington, DC destroying property and hunting for “ANTIFA” resulting in al least 23 arrests by DC Metro Police.

Violence escalated after an dark with faceoffs with counter-protesters that took place near Black Lives Matter Plaza, Franklin Square, and other spots around downtown. Proud Boys marched through the streets shouting “Whose streets. Our streets!”, “Fuck Anifia”, and “We brought an army time?” while tearing “Black lives Matters” banners off DC Churches and harrowing all those they

Metro Police in riot gear successfully kept the two sides apart for the most part even as the groups splintered and roamed. Riot lines were held acros Capital Hill frustrating the roaming group who begged police to let them through and “finish” what they came there for.

“Both sides of the aisle hate you now. Congratulations,” a Proud Boy shouted at the officers.

D.C. police said that as of 9 p.m., 23 people were arrested Saturday, including 10 who were charged with misdemeanor assaults, six with assaulting police officers and four with rioting. Two officers were hospitalized with moderate injuries.
