IRS Grants Anti-LGBT Hate Group Family Research Council Church Status

And Jesus wept. The Family Research Council a notorious multimillion-dollar “Christian” LGBT hate group is now a “Church” in the eyes of the IRS.

Via ProPublica: According to documents obtained via the Freedom of Information Act and given to ProPublica, the FRC filed an application to change its status to an “association of churches,” a designation commonly used by groups with member churches like the Southern Baptist Convention, in March 2020. The agency approved the change a few months later.

Originally a 501(c)3 “public charity” changing to a 501(c)3 status “Church” does not change it’s tax exempt status at all. But there are special rules limiting the IRS’s ability to audit a “church” to make it harder as compared to a public charity.

Via the IRS website: Congress has imposed special limitations, found in section 7611 of the Internal Revenue Code PDF, on how and when the IRS may conduct civil tax inquiries and examinations of churches. The IRS may begin a church tax inquiry only if an appropriate high-level Treasury official reasonably believes, on the basis of facts and circumstances recorded in writing, that an organization claiming to be a church or convention or association of churches may not qualify for exemption, may be carrying on an unrelated trade or business (within the meaning of IRC § 513), may otherwise be engaged in taxable activities or may have entered into an IRC § 4958 excess benefit transaction with a disqualified person.

The Tax Exempt Government Entities (TE/GE) department of the IRS should have never changed their status according to their own rules to qualify as a “Church” you must:

  • The organization must operate exclusively for religious, scientific, educational or charitable purposes
  • The net earnings of the organization may not provide an advantage to a shareholder or private individuals
  • The organization can’t devote a substantial part of its activity to influencing legislation
  • The organization can’t intervene in political campaigns
  • Any activities or purposes by the organization must be legal and in line with public policy

Perhaps those 87,000 new IRS hires has FRC President Tony Perkins a known white supremacist supporter is running scared.

“Fox News host Tucker Carlson is drawing praise from white nationalist outlets for mainstreaming their “great replacement” conspiracy theory after a white supremacist allegedly killed 10 people in Buffalo, New York, in a massacre apparently inspired by it. The Fox star has drawn compliments from the notorious former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke and been toasted by racist outlets like Dare and American Renaissance for bringing their message to his millions of viewers. Duke highlighted Carlson’s “incredible” May 17 monologue, in which the Fox host again promoted the “great replacement” conspiracy theory, on his radio show the following day. The former Klansman – who has previously suggested that Carlson is using his own talking points in discussing “the replacement of legacy Americans” – went on to explain that Carlson puts forward the same ideas as white supremacists like him but “can’t really say it” using the same words.”

The silver lining of the coronavirus pandemic is that parents were forced to spend more time at home with their children and saw firsthand the radical indoctrination being pushed on them.

Despite Leftist mockery, the pushback against critical race theory, explicit LGBT curriculum, social justice activism, and other offensive material is coming from parents across the political spectrum.

In fact, some of the most vocal parents are those in Left-leaning suburbs of Washington, D.C., Palm Beach County in Florida, Westchester County in New York, Maricopa County in Arizona, and suburbs of Detroit. They also recognized the benefit to their child, when they could tailor the education to their child’s needs and interests, away from the negative peer pressure, wasted time, indoctrination, and other disadvantages of the public-school model.

America will recover from the pandemic, but many families who are determined to educate their children at home will never send them back

“Explicit LGBT Curriculum” = Teaching children that gay people exist and deserve the same rights and freedoms as everyone else.

The Bible’s Teaching on Homosexuality – Romans 1:18-32 – The apostle Paul explains that humanity has rejected God, exchanging the truth about Him and the things He created for a lie. While describing the sinful “exchanges” men and women have made, Paul uses the term para physin, which means “unnatural” or “against nature.”

Homosexuality is unnatural because it is a departure from God’s design for sexuality. According to the passage, homosexuality is also a consequence of humanity suppressing God’s truth and refusing to honor Him. Other verses, including 1 Corinthians 6:9 and 1 Timothy 1:10, reinforce this teaching.

Father, we know that we are a nation on the “precipice of judgment.” The very discussion of these things, and efforts to force men to deny their conscience, shows how very far we have come. Is this not what the communists are doing?

Lord, please stand up for your people. Despite the split within the Senate, Lord, intervene! Prevent this bill from passage and turn the tide.

May our prayers turn the battle with the principalities and powers at the gates. With you is an army of intercessors and at least 10 righteous men and women in the land. It is time for you to act, Lord, your law is being broken. Take pity upon your people!

The full scripture reads: “Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.”

The Fourth of July is a time of national celebration and commemoration. We rejoice in our liberty and remember those who won our freedoms and have preserved them at great cost. Yet underlying these things is a foundation that must remain strong for “liberty and justice for all” to mean anything.

It’s the rule of law. Law that is fair and impartial, consistent and understandable. Without allegiance to the rule of law, we become a nation where those in power can do what they want without accountability. And in this 244th year of our independence, I fear we are on the brink of that happening.

Last month, the court ruled in the case of Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia that the 1964 Civil Rights Act opposing discrimination based on the biological sex of an individual now must mean that “discrimination based on homosexuality or transgender status necessarily entails discrimination based on sex.”

Justice Neil Gorsuch, who wrote these words, even acknowledges in his decision that the meaning of “sex” in 1964 was not even vaguely connected to homosexuality or transgenderism. In his words, the court “proceeds on the assumption that ‘sex’,” in 1964, referred “only to biological distinctions between male and female.”

America has never been a perfect nation and never will be. But with all our problems, we have made tremendous progress in securing the God-given rights we too often take for granted.

But the exercise of those rights will be increasingly diminished and put in jeopardy if Congress refuses to safeguard them and, instead, allows the Supreme Court to rule however its justices prefer, regardless of the text of the Constitution and the law itself.

On Monday, the Supreme Court issued its ruling on three combined LGBT employment discrimination cases. The ruling redefines and reinterprets the term “sex” in the 1964 Civil Rights Act to mean not only biological gender — male or female — as intended by Congress in 1964, but also “sexual orientation” and “gender identity.”

Shockingly, Chief Justice Roberts (a George W. Bush appointee) and Associate Justice Neil Gorsuch (a Donald Trump appointee) abandoned any semblance of judicial restraint and constitutional integrity and sided with the liberal wing of the Court to rewrite the simple meaning of the English language, rewrite history, rewrite the Constitution, and posture the legal foundation of the United States in audacious defiance against the Word of God and the God of the Bible.

Father, nothing but your heavenly intervention and aid can turn back the darkness we face, but you have called us for such a time as this. May each and all of us who call you Lord humble ourselves before you and consecrate ourselves afresh to you and to do your will. Help us to hear your voice as never before and to act on you word. Intervene, Lord, open the eyes of your people. We must arise as one person to prayer and action. Lead and guide us to win back our nation to you! Please note that Perkins’ uses the homophobic Bible chapter of Leviticus. Which he probably uses so his demented followers will think of  Leviticus 18:22 “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.” and the infamous Leviticus 20:13 which reads: “If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.” This is done purposely.

Perkins a known associate of white supremacist and racial hate groups also regularly prays for Macy’s White Sale so he can buy material for new robes and hoods.

A vote by the Republican National Committee to leave the party’s 2016 party platform unchanged ahead of the November election has infuriated grass-roots activists — including moderates who wanted to streamline its message and social conservatives who sought added language on emerging hot-button topics.

The decision by the party’s executive panel Wednesday means the GOP will maintain positions in the four-year-old policy blueprint — including opposition to same-sex marriage and a nod to gay conversion therapy — and decline to stake out new positions on topics such as police reform, gender identity and third-trimester abortions.

Party officials and senior Trump campaign aides had previously discussed ways to pare down the 58-page document to a single note card or abbreviated list of principles, but the effort broke down after several conservative groups registered complaints with the White House.

None other than Family Research Council hate group President Tony Perkins helped to draft the platform in 2016. and it is strongly supported and backed by the Phyllis Schlafly founded Eagle Forum.

Family Research Council hate group President Tony Perkins who is usually lips to ass with Donald Trumps political appointees is all ferklumpt over his latest pick of gay quisling Richard Grenell as Director of National Intelligence and fears that he might impose ‘cultural imperialism’ on anti-lgbt countries.

From a statement by Tony Perkins:

There is concern among our pro-family allies around the world that Ambassador Grenell will engage in LGBT activism as Acting Director of National Intelligence, a cabinet-level position. An effort to impose the same redefinition of marriage upon other nations that was imposed upon Americans by an activist Supreme Court would be reminiscent of the cultural imperialism of the Obama administration.

Eight countries permit the death penalty for homosexuality — most of them also known as abusers of religious freedom and other rights, and supporters of terrorism. An end to those laws, and other physical punishments such as flogging, is a legitimate goal.

But that does not mean we should engage in ‘cultural imperialism’ by imposing policies that were imposed upon us by our own Supreme Court on other countries with different cultures, traditions, and values. Let’s find common ground in calling for an end to all forms of physical violence against homosexuals — but let’s refrain from imposing the values of the sexual revolution on the rest of the world.

In its 13th. year Tony Perkins and the Family Research Council partners the faux political extremist event with a veritable Who’s Who of anti-LGBT hate groups according to the Southern Poverty Law Center.
