FRC Hate Group Leader Tony Perkins: GLAAD Is Evil!

Tony Perkins is a Homo

“Although the victory belonged to the Robertsons, the real winners may be the American people — who finally witnessed homosexual activists for what they are: intolerant bullies. As FRC has said for years, the goal of GLAAD and others is to silence anyone who dares challenge the idea that homosexual behavior should be celebrated. We’ve seen these vicious tactics used against wedding florists, bakers, photographers, sports journalists, students, and teachers who’ve been fired, hauled into court, fined, suspended, and ordered to violate their religious beliefs by endorsing same-sex ‘marriage.’ For once, the American people have stood up and shouted, ‘enough!'” – Family Research Council hate group leader and white supremacist Tony Perkins, via email.

I wonder how much GLAAD paid Tony to give them some good press?

Duck Dynasty Clock Found In Walmart That Says “Heil Hitler” – Video

Duck Dynasty Heil Hitler

In a bizarre turn of events for the A&E show, John Aravosis, from America Blog reported today that a “Duck Dynasty”-themed clock that speaks when a button is pushed appears to say the words, “Heil Hitler.” Though its probably (and hopefully) a recording malfunction the clock adds a new and truthful twist to Phil Robertson’s racist, sexist and homophobic comments.

Aravosis explains

In a rather odd trip to Walmart last night (it was mom’s idea), my family was in the “holiday” section looking through half-priced Christmas leftovers when my 17 year old nephew walks up holding a “Duck Dynasty ‘Si’ Clock.”  He pushes the button, and asks me what I think it’s saying.

I thought he’d asked me “who” it sounded like, and told him I didn’t know. No, he said, WHAT’s it SAYING?

My mom and my other nephew, before I could even answer, both respond: “Heil Hitler.

No word yet if WalMart intends to double the price since it seems to play to the shows base audience.

Here It Comes – FRC’s Tony Perkins Brags About Duck Dynasty Win Over The Nasty Intollerant Gays

Tony Perkins FRC KKK

“The attacks on Phil Robertson revealed to the American people that the push to redefine marriage is less about the marriage altar than it is fundamentally altering America’s moral, political and cultural landscape. A&E Network’s reversal in the face of backlash is quite telling to the American people who are growing tired of GLAAD and cultural elites who want to silence people and remove God and His word from every aspect of public life.

“The goal of GLAAD is to silence anyone who dare challenge the idea that homosexuality is normal. However, the Robertson family’s refusal to cower to GLAAD’s bullying and the ensuing backlash to the suspension, unlike anything since Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day, finally forced A&E Network to withdraw the suspension. We’ve also seen these intimidation tactics used against wedding florists, bakers, photographers who have been hauled into court, fined and even ordered to violate their religious beliefs by participating in same-sex weddings.

“Where is the fairness there? Where’s the tolerance? There is none. This is why hundreds of thousands of Americans had enough and took a stand by signing petitions in support of Phil Robertson and the right of Christians to quote the Bible. – Proven  KKK and white supremacist group affiliated Family Research Council President Tony Perkins.

Prepare for more of this in the weeks to come.

Thank you GLAAD and HRC for being such LOSERS,

Mike Signorile Takes On Duck Dynasty-gate: There Is Too Much Defense of This Crap As Free Speech

Mike Signorelli

“The Duck Dynasty controversy has become so ugly so fast. It’s time to just call it what it is. Religious zealots like Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson are using the Bible to defame a group of people and excuse horrible actions against that group in the name of their Bible, refusing responsibility for the hate their words condone and inspire. And much of the media seems to be going along with it because the Robertsons, a Louisiana family with a reality TV show on A&E, are home-spun country people whom everyone seems to love. I’m seeing way too much defense of this crap as free speech — as if every corporation is forced to allow its employees to spew vile and offensive defamation against people. Try telling your boss that he or she is like a pig-fucker and see how long you keep your job. Just tell him or her it’s in the Bible, and see if that keeps you from getting shown the door immediately without collecting your stuff.” – Michelangelo Signorile, writing for the Huffington Post.”

The whole Duck Dynasty debacle is nothing more than bigotry hiding behind the cross.  Jesus should smite them all.

FRC’s Tony Perkins Refused To Debate Jeremy Hooper 1 on 1 During Fox New’s Duck Dynasty Segment

FOX Tony Perkins

LGBT Blogger, activist, author and GLAAD spokesman Jeremy Hooper and hate group leader Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council appeared on Fox News with Megyn Kelly Thursday night to discuss Phil Robertson and A&E’s suspension of him from their hit (fake) reality show Duck Dynasty after Robertson made anti-gay and racial comments during a GQ Magazine interview.

Media Matters recaps:

Hooper challenged Kelly to hold Perkins accountable for his anti-gay record and vile rhetoric, to which Kelly promised, “What specifically? Because I’ll ask him.”

But Kelly never asked Perkins to explain his extreme stances against the gay community, nor did she acknowledge that the FRC is a designated hate group. Instead she merely identified FRC as “a group whose mission is to advance faith, family, and freedom in public policy and culture from a Christian world view”–a description that continues Fox’s trend of referring to anti-gay extremism as Christianity. Perkins went on to defend Robertson as upholding “biblical morality” and attack homosexuality as “sexual immorality.”

Perkins blasted Robertson’s suspension earlier on Thursday:

“A&E’s suspension of Phil Robertson shows Hollywood wants to avoid reality. The reality is that the Robertson family are Bible-believing Christians who don’t cherry pick what the Bible teaches.

“Phil Robertson has been targeted simply because he expressed his religious beliefs but there is a clear double standard that is being applied. Nothing was done when homosexual activist Dan Savage screamed profanities at Christian high school students and called them ‘pansy-(expletive deleted).’ However, when Christians simply say homosexuality is wrong and they don’t agree with it, there are demands that they be fired and silenced.

“We have also seen wedding florists, bakers, and photographers hauled into court, fined and even ordered to violate their religious beliefs by participating in same-sex weddings. It is time for all Americans to take a stand against the cultural elites who want to destroy the livelihood of people and remove God and His truth from every aspect of public life.

“The increasing awareness of this collateral cultural and religious carnage that accompanies the redefinition of natural marriage will continue to cause the debate over same-sex marriage to intensify, not abate, despite the media’s relative silence and homosexual activists increasing campaign of intimidation,” concluded Perkins.

What Media Matters didn’t touch on was the bizarre interview style that Kelley took with the two men as they never appeared on screen together directly talking to each other.  Kelley interviewed each man separately back to back with two very different interviewing styles. She interrupted Hooper repeatedly, and challenged the things he said, but she allowed Tony Perkins go on and on, and seemed almost apologetic and knit-browed when asking him questions.

But why was the interview done this way without the two men interacting on questions?

According to an unnamed sourced Perkins demanded that the structure of the interview be set up that way and that was the only way that he’d do the interview together with Hopper.

Hooper’s web-blog Good As You has been following the anti-gay ramblings and exploits of Perkins, the FRC and many other rabidly anti-gay groups for the past 11 years.  Was Perkins afraid that in cross talk Hopper would bring up some of his biggest anti-gay lies  and propaganda and also his “possible” *cough* ties to white supremacist groups before his core audience? Whatever the reason this is proof that Perkins is nothing more than a bigoted coward who is not man enough or strong enough to defend his own words when challenged one on one.

Fake “Good Ole Boy” Duck Dynasty Family Stands By Their Bigot

Duck Dynasty douchebag
The family behind A&E’s “Duck Dynasty” which was exposed earlier today by this blog as being nothing more than a fraud and not at all the “good ole boys” they pretend to be rallied around its patriarch Thursday, one day after the network suspended Phil Robertson over slur remarks he made about gays and blacks in GQ magazine.
“While some of Phil’s unfiltered comments to the reporter were coarse, his beliefs are grounded in the teachings of the Bible. Phil is a Godly man who follows what the Bible says are the greatest commandments: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart’ and ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ Phil would never incite or encourage hate.  “We are disappointed that Phil has been placed on hiatus for expressing his faith, which is his constitutionally protected right. We have had a successful working relationship with A&E but, as a family, we cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm. We are in discussions with A&E to see what that means for the future of Duck Dynasty,”
Robertson did have his freedom of speech.  He said what he said and was allowed to.  But being given a free pass and not suffering the ramifications of what he said is not his Constitutional right especially when it has to do with business. Your employer, in this case A&E has the right to decide whether your publicly stated ideas gibe with their corporate culture. virtually all modern employee agreements state that your digital conduct can cost you your job. so this man’s first amendment rights are protected. He isn’t protected by his employer’s culture and public reputation. Rights come with responsibilities. Responsibilities come with consequences. His children who are all college educated and well off and only dress-up and play “simple folk” on television could tell him that.
