President Donald Trump said he would vote for a gay presidential candidate. In a wide-ranging interview on Fox News personality Geraldo Rivera’s podcast, the president also said he thinks it’s possible that American voters could one day elect a gay candidate to the White House.
“I think so. I think there would be some that wouldn’t, and I wouldn’t be among that group to be honest with you,” Trump told Rivera, pointing to Pete Buttigieg’s top-two finishes in both of the first two Democratic presidential contests.
“I think that, yes, I think that it doesn’t seem to be hurting Pete Boot-edge-edge as you say, as you would call him,” he argued, using the phonetic pronunciation that Buttigieg’s campaign has deployed. “It doesn’t seem to be hurting him very much but there would be a group that probably wouldn’t. But you or I wouldn’t be in that group.”
Trump: “I’d vote for a gay candidate!” Homocons: “See? He loves the gays!” Also Trump: *Fills administration and packs courts with homophobic bigots* Homocons: *Silence*
Geraldo Rivera appeared on Fox and Friends to discuss a story testerday about an eighteen-month-old child appearing on the TSA’s no fly list. but Rivera hijacked most of the segment to his own TSA “nightmare” story about being persecuted by the TSA by being put on a “no fly list and also claims that he was “manually raped” by a male TSA worker.
“The last time I flew to Afghanistan I got manually raped by a guy who – the scanner wasn’t working,” said Rivera, before adding that his “junk was junked” by a TSA screener.
“This guy, it seemed to me, was getting off on it…And the more and the tighter I got and the angrier I got,” said Rivera. “You know, he just wanted to be a little more intimate.”
Rivera explained how his trouble with the TSA began when he got put on a ‘no fly list’ and was continually subjected to “enhanced interrogation and search” every time he took a flight.
“And I was so frustrated. I called the TSA, and I called and I called. I went on television. I exposed them, I embarrassed them. I said, ‘can’t ya?’ And they just could not remove my name from the computer that had the no-fly list.”
Poor Geraldo is mistaken. That wasn’t the “no fly list” he was on. It was actually the “no credibility list”.
And as for the TSA’s workers ecploration to Geraldo’s nether regions.
Much like Al Capone’s vault he found nothing there.
Fox News correspondent Geraldo Rivera attempted to report from the Occupy Wall Street protests in Lower Manhattan on Sunday but was forced to abort the broadcast after a throng of demonstrators led a rally of anti-Fox jeers.
