Long Island Man Arrested For Threatening To Bomb NYC PRIDE

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested and charged on Monday a Long Island man for mailing letters threatening to assault, shoot, and bomb LGBT affiliated individuals, organizations, and businesses and NYC PRIDE.

Agents from the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested and charged on Monday a Long Island man on a warrant issued by United States Magistrate Judge Steven I. Locke for mailing letters threatening to assault, shoot, and bomb LGBTQ+ affiliated individuals, organizations, and businesses.

Fehring was arrested this morning and will make his initial appearance this afternoon before United States Magistrate Judge Steven I. Locke.

As alleged, the defendant’s hate-filled invective and threats of violence directed at members of the LGBTQ+ community have no place in our society and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” stated United States Attorney Peace.

This Office is firmly committed to protecting the civil rights of all members of every community in this district, including the LGBTQ+ community and other minority communities.

Fehring’s alleged threats to members of the LGBTQ+ community were not only appalling, but dangerous, despite the fact he hadn’t yet acted on his purported intentions.”

Department of Justice

This is an excerpt from a message was sent to the executive director of an organization setting up an NYC Pride event in May 2021.

“As you faggot scum are preparing to waltz your fruity, freaky f—-t asses down the NY parade lanes, we warn you that there will be radio-controlled devices placed at numerous strategic places, and firepower aimed at you from other strategic places. We’ve had enough!!! This will make the 2016 Orlando Pulse Nightclub shooting look like a cakewalk,”

NY Daily News

After his arrest, Fehring said there was a “sickening overdose of that stuff being shoved down everybody’s face on the paper, on the TV and all over the place, and I’m not a fan of any of the homosexuality, homosexual thing,” according to the FBI.

Fehrings arrest comes after in the wake of a minority of queer groups pressuring NYC Pride to remove all police presence from NYC Pride events.

Gay History – September 25, 1984: J. Edgar Hoover’s Personal Papers on the War Against Gay “Sex Deviates” Released

On September 25. 1985 an ACLU lawsuit filed on behalf of the International Gay and Lesbian Archives (now the ONE National Gay and Lesbian Archives) for an important cache of J. Edgar Hoovers’s personal cache of papers were released on this day under the Freedom of Information Act. The release consisted of more than 5,800 papers, Most documents focused on the Mattachine Society and ONE Magazine, the first openly gay magazine in America.

One interesting set of papers revealed J. Edgar Hoover’s interest in the gay movement. According to a memo dated January 26, 1956, the Los Angeles field office had been asked to check on the November 1955 issue of ONE, which talked about gay people who worked for Time and The New Yorker. The LA field office concluded that the articles statement was “baseless” and recommended that “no reply be made.”

Scrawled in handwriting below the typewritten recommendation was the sentence, “I think we should take this crowd and make them ‘put up or shut up’.” Markings indicated that the handwritten statement was made by Hoover’s chief aide and lifelong special “friend” Clyde Tolson. Hoover and Tolson worked closely together in the day, ate all their meals together in the evening, were seen socializing in nightclubs, and took vacations together. When Hoover died in 1971, Tolson inherited Hoover’s estate, and accepted the flag that draped Hoover’s coffin. Tolson’s grave is just a few discrete yards away from Hoover’s in Congressional Cemetery.

Hoover also weighed in on the 1956 memo. Next to Tolson’s recommendation to keep the case files open and continue investigating was another inscription. “I concur,” it read, with the single letter “H” underneath. The next day, a telegram went to the Los Angeles office. “You are instructed to have two mature and experienced agents contact Freeman (the pseudonym for the article’s author), in the immediate future and tell him the bureau will not countenance such baseless charges appearing in this magazine, and for him to either ‘put up or shut up’.” It was signed, simply, “Hoover.”

The Los Angeles field office followed up on Hoover’s instructions and paid a visit to ONE magazine where they found ONE’s chairman, Dorr Legg  who flatly refused to answer their questions. Nevertheless, the FBI file on ONE grew to more than a hundred pages over the next several months while Hoover and Tolson complained about the lack of incriminating evidence from the investigation.

In 2013 more released papers and memos , detailed the persecution of gays and lesbians by Hoover, the FBI and other federal agencies. In the depths of the Cold War, then-FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover ordered his agents to undertake the mission: Identify every gay and suspected gay working for the federal government in 1951.

Only Hoover didn’t describe his targets as gays. He called them “sex deviates.”

“Each supervisor will be held personally responsible to underline in green pencil the names of individuals … who are alleged to be sex deviates,” the FBI director wrote in a June 20, 1951, memo to more than 40 of the bureau’s top officials.

The Hoover memo effectively launched one of the FBI’s most extraordinary, and least known, programs: a massive effort to secretly collect the names of thousands of gay and lesbian Americans.

As part of this effort, Hoover instructed his supervisors to disseminate the names of each of the suspected gays — in some cases, anonymously (or by “blind memorandum,” the memo states) — to the federal agencies that employed them so they could be fired.

The newly discovered files reveal that the FBI’s “sex deviates” program was far more methodical — and sweeping — than previously known. More than 360,000 files on gays and lesbians were collected well into the 1970s, occupying nearly 100 cubic feet in FBI headquarters. Many of them were filed under the category “Sex Perverts in Government Service.”

Field agents were instructed to cull the names from police records, individual complainants or “any other source” — and then file reports to FBI headquarters with “the name of the alleged sex deviate as well as any other alleged deviates with whom he associated,” Hoover wrote in a Sept. 7, 1951, memo. (These reports were also to include “the date and place that the alleged act of sexual perversion occurred,” Hoover ordered.)

This information was then used to force government officials, including high-level political appointees, out of their jobs.

In one especially poignant case, Hoover informed President-elect Dwight D. Eisenhower shortly before he was sworn in that a top campaign aide, Arthur Vandenberg Jr., son of longtime Michigan Republican Sen. Arthur Vandenberg, was gay.

Ironically, Hoover’s zeal for fulfilling Congress’ wishes came amid persistent rumors about his own sexuality. One document released is an internal FBI memo to Hoover detailing a March 1952 investigation into a federal employee who was reported to have made a comment at a Washington, D.C., bakery: “Have you heard that the director is a queer?”

The remark prompted Hoover to order a full-scale probe of the federal worker, a budget analyst at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The worker was “vigorously interrogated” by FBI agents and warned of his “criminal and civil liability for the making of such statements,” the memo states. The budget analyst “appeared to be badly frightened” by the questioning and promised to never repeat the remark; the bureau’s No. 2 official, Clyde Tolson, recommended only that the analyst’s “activities” be reported to the “proper officials” at the NLRB. (“Yes,” scribbled Hoover in concurrence.)

Hoover’s “sex deviates” program continued for years and had a real-life impact on tens of thousands of federal workers.  The FBI recruited informants to spy on the first gay activist groups in the 1960s. The bureau also expanded its efforts to collect and disseminate the names of gays beyond those employed in the U.S. government to also include academics at universities and officers in local police departments.

Trump Conference at Trump Doral Hotel Shows Vid of Trump Shooting News Outlets and Democrats

Pro-Trump Conference at Trump Doral Hotel Shows Video of Trump Shooting News Outlets and Democrats

American Priority, a pro-Donald Trump GOP group, hosted the conference at Trump National Doral Miami this weekend showed a first person shooter doctored video of Trump massacring members of the news media and political enemies using a gun and other weapons.

The New York Times reports:

A video depicting a macabre scene of a fake President Trump shooting, stabbing and brutally assaulting members of the news media and his political opponents was shown at a conference for his supporters at his Miami resort last week, according to footage obtained by The New York Times.

Several of Mr. Trump’s top surrogates — including his son Donald Trump Jr., his former spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders and the governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis — were scheduled to speak at the three-day conference, which was held by a pro-Trump group, American Priority, at Trump National Doral Miami. Ms. Sanders and a person close to Mr. Trump’s son said on Sunday that they did not see the video at the conference.

The video, which includes the logo for Mr. Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign, comprises a series of internet memes. The most violent clip shows Mr. Trump’s head superimposed on the body of a man opening fire inside the “Church of Fake News” on parishioners who have the faces of his critics or the logos of media organizations superimposed on their bodies.

American Priority says in a statement at the top of its website that the “unauthorized” video was shown in a side room and wasn’t “approved, seen or sanctioned” by the conference’s organizers.  Alex Phillips, of AP told the New York Times that the video was played as part of a “meme exhibit” and wasn’t associated with or endorsed by the conference “in any official capacity.” ”American Priority rejects all political violence,” he said, adding that he’s looking into the matter.

The setting for the video massacre is the “Church of Fake News,” and Trump murders by shooting people in the face. Among the targets: former President Obama, Black Lives Matter, John McCain, California Democratic Representative Maxine Waters, Bill and Hillary Clinton and Rep. Adam Schiff .

“This video isn’t funny. It will get people killed,” said Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke, and Cindy McCain condemned the video, saying it “violate[s] every norm our society expects from its leaders and the institutions that bare their names.”

The White House hasn’t responded to a request for comment from this website.

Florida Man Arrested In Walmart Terror Threat Called Himself "Registered Republican” And “White Nationalist"

Florida Man Arrested In Walmart Terror Threat Called Himself “Registered Republican” And “White Nationalist”

Are we shocked?

Via the Orlando Sentinel

FBI agents waited more than an hour at the Winter Park home of Richard Dean Clayton’s parents before the 26-year-old entered unannounced through the back door. The agents said Clayton, who had threatened to shoot up a Walmart, was “manic” — erratic, paranoid and profane.

Clayton was arrested after agents with the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force and Florida Department of Law Enforcement flagged Facebook posts they said the young man made under a false name, including one that said, “3 more days of probation left then I get my AR-15 back. Don’t go to Walmart next week.”

That was Aug. 4, one day after 22 people were killed in a mass shooting at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas. Other posts allegedly made by Clayton include rants about social media censorship and one in which he describes himself as a white nationalist.

This is an expert from one of Richard Dean Clayton’s posts:

“Everyone [in real life] calls me a ‘Nazi’ despite my countless attempts to correct their assumptions about my political beliefs by claiming that I am simply a white nationalist and registered Republican. And the only reason I balk at the terminology normies use to describe me is because I don’t fully understand national socialism’s economic principles, and because capitalist, corporate America has done very well for my family, as well as for many other families like mine.”

Clayton is being held on a $15,000 bond at the Orange County Florida jail, Clayton is facing a second-degree felony charge. The Florida stauet says that any “written threats to kill, do bodily injury, or conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism,’ is a second degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

Study Shows That Hate Crimes Increased 226% in Places Where Trump Held Campaign Rally's in 2016

Study Shows That Hate Crimes Increased 226% in Places Where Trump Held Campaign Rallies in 2016

Business Insider is reporting that a study done by scientists at the University of North Texas is claiming that US counties where Donald Trump held a campaign rally in 2016 saw a 226% increase in reported hate crimes over similar counties that did not hold a rally,.

The study measured the correlation between counties that hosted a 2016 campaign rally and the crime rates in the months that followed. The scientists used the Anti-Defamation League’s map that measures acts of violence and compared the counties that hosted a rally with others that had similar characteristics, including minority population (including the LGBT community), location, and active hate groups.

The “Trump effect” as it is being called according to the ADL’s 2016 data, included reports of vandalism, intimidation and assault in it’s findings.

The FBI’s Universal Crime report in 2017, reported that overall across America hate crimes increased 17 percent over 2016. Recent research also shows that reading or hearing Trump’s statements of bias against particular groups makes people more likely to write offensive things about the groups he targets.

Alt-Right Quisling Jorno Chadwick Moore Calls FBI on GRINDR Because He Can’t Get Laid

Disgraced gay alt-right “journalist” Chadwick Moore went after GRINDR  this week after claiming that his profile was blocked after he complained about the inclusion of trans profiles and answering a question by saying that there are only two genders.

Moore tweeted: “@Grindr just shut down my profile for the second time this year because under the ‘Gender’ question (weird af) I wrote ‘There are only 2.”

He added: “If trans women are real women why are they lurking on a gay men’s dating app. And doesn’t the whole trans narrative only deeply further the gender binary? So weird.”

Moore then went further to say he’d “love to see your internal company guidelines on postmodernism, gender theory, and banned words. Are you a gay dating app, or another tech firm engaged in thought-policing at the behest of radical, unfuckable, far-left activists?”

Moore later took to Twitter  accusing GRINDR of facilitating sex work and illegal drug use. He then tried to get the FBI to investigate the popular gay hook-up app.

Moore whose career was on the skids two years ago wrote a sympathetic piece on Milo Yiannopoulos for Out that was critiqued as a sympathetic profile on the disgraced alt-right troll and then came out as a Republican to get publicity thus becoming nicknames “Chadwick Mediawhore”.

GRINDR has responded now by offering a limited edition gender neutral t-shirt with the words “GRINDR is a construct” emblazoned across the front with all proceeds being donated to the National Center for Transgender Equality.

All of this just because no one wants to fuck a troll alt-right hack like Moore.

Wife of PULSE Massacre Terrorist Omar Manteen Found NOT GUILTY

Wife of PULSE Massacre Terrorist Omar Manteen Demands Mistrial, Father-In-Law Was FBI Informant

CNN reports:

Attorneys for Noor Salman called for a dismissal of charges or a mistrial, saying that new details from prosecutors reveal that Pulse gunman Omar Mateen’s father was an FBI informant who is currently under a criminal investigation.

According to a motion filed by the defense, Assistant US Attorney Sara Sweeney sent an email on Saturday to the defense — in the middle of Salman’s trial — that stated Seddique Mateen was a confidential FBI source from 2005 through June 2016.

The email also stated that Seddique Mateen is being investigated for money transfers to Turkey and Afghanistan after documents were found in his home on June 12, 2016, the day of the Pulse attack. The dates of the money transfers were between March 16, 2016 and June 5, 2016, according to the email.

Seddique Mateen was a FBI confidential human source at various points in time between January 2005 and June 2016.

Salman is accused of obstruction of justice, as FBI agents say she lied to them in the hours after the Pulse nightclub attack, and charges of aiding and abetting Mateen’s allegiance to ISIS.

Wife of PULSE Massacre Terrorist Omar Manteen Found NOT GUILTY

PULSE Massacre Terrorist Omar Mateen’s Wife Confesses She Knew of Attack In Advance

USA Today reports:

A handwritten statement given to the FBI by the wife of Pulse nightclub gunman Omar Mateen says she saw him prepare for the deadly attack for months and knew that the LGBT nightclub was his target.

The 12-page statement, quietly released by federal authorities at the end of December in a batch of records in the case, was taken hours after the June 12, 2016 shooting. The attack left 49 dead and dozens of others injured. Noor Salman was questioned for hours, without a lawyer, after authorities learned her husband was the gunman behind the attack.

She was arrested last year on federal charges of providing material support to a terrorist and tampering with evidence but has pleaded not guilty, claiming she was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. She said Mateen abused her and claims she did not know of his plot.

But her defense conflicts with the signed statement she gave to the FBI, which details her knowledge of Mateen’s planning and his path to carry out an attack on behalf of the Islamic State.

“I knew when he left the house he was going to Orlando to attack the Pulse Night Club,” Salman said, according to a statement written by an FBI agent and signed by Salman during the 18-hour interview.

Noor Salman’s  attorneys argued that everything she told the FBI in the hours after the attack should be excluded from trial because she was in custody and not given proper Miranda warnings. US attorneys argued that she was not in custody, free to leave at any time, and that all her statements were voluntary.

FBI Releases Hate Crime Statistics for 2016 – 62.8 % of Sexual-Orientation Crimes Against Gay Males

The FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting Program released its annual Hate Crime Statistics Report today, which is a compilation of bias-motivated incidents that have been reported throughout the United States which rose a shocking  5% since last years study.

There were a total of 7,615 reported victims of hate crimes. According to the FBI, victims of hate crimes can be individuals, businesses, government entities, religious organizations or society as whole, and they can be committed against persons, property or society.

Nearly 18 percent of the hate crimes last year were motivated by sexual-orientation bias, 62 percent of those targeting gay men.

Sexual-orientation bias

In 2016, law enforcement agencies reported 1,218 hate crime offenses based on sexual-orientation bias. Of these offenses:

  • 2.2 percent were classified as anti-bisexual bias.

The Southern Poverty Law Center documented a wave of hate incidents in the months following the November 2016 election.

“We now have an unbroken streak of presidential election year increases [in hate crimes] going back to 1992, around the time national data collection commenced,” said Brian Levin, a professor at the Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism at California State University, San Bernardino.

The FBI’s annual hate crime statistics, which is one of the only measurements of hate in America relies on local and state police departments that voluntarily report their hate crime numbers to the FBI, which over 3,000 law enforcement agencies don’t bother to do on a yearly basis. In addition many hate crimes across America are not reported out of fear, intimidation and social stigma.

Other statistics include:

Race/Ethnicity/Ancestry bias

In 2016, law enforcement agencies reported that 4,229 single-bias hate crime offenses were motivated by race/ethnicity/ancestry. Of these offenses:

  • 50.2 percent were motivated by anti-Black or African American bias.
  • 20.7 percent stemmed from anti-White bias.
  • 10.6 percent were classified as anti-Hispanic or Latino bias.

  • 3.8 percent were motivated by anti-American Indian or Alaska Native bias.
  • 3.1 percent resulted from anti-Asian bias.
  • 1.3 percent were classified as anti-Arab bias.
  • 0.2 percent (9 offenses) were motivated by bias of anti-Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander.
  • 5.8 percent were the result of an anti-Other Race/Ethnicity/Ancestry bias.

Gender-identity bias

Of the single-bias incidents, 130 offenses were a result of gender-identity bias. Of these offenses:

  • 111 were anti-transgender.
  • 19 were anti-gender non-conforming.

  • 24.8 percent were anti-Islamic (Muslim).
  • 4.1 percent were anti-Catholic.
  • 3.1 percent were anti-multiple religions, group.
  • 2.4 percent were anti-Other Christian.

  • 0.5 percent (7 offenses) were anti-Sikh.
  • 0.4 percent (6 offenses) were anti-Atheism/Agnosticism/etc.
