This isn’t Jordan’s first attempt at trying to cover up his involvement in the Ohio State molestation scandal.
In 2018 it was discovered Jordan had retired Ohio State wrestling coach Russ Hellickson put pressure on other OSU wrestlers who accused him of knowing and not doing anything about the sexual abuse that they suffered at the hands of the athletic departments in-house doctor.
Pope Francis on Monday in a shocking turnaround from past papal leaders denied the existence of a “gay lobby” at the Vatican Francis saying that he had investigated the reports and found them groundless. He added that while such a lobby would be an issue, but that he would not judge gay priests for their sexual orientation. “If someone is gay and he searches for the Lord and has good will, who am I to judge?”
From The Associated Press,
Pope Francis reached out to gays on Monday, saying he wouldn’t judge priests for their sexual orientation in a remarkably open and wide-ranging news conference as he returned from his first foreign trip. “If someone is gay and he searches for the Lord and has good will, who am I to judge?” Francis asked. While stressing Catholic social teaching that calls for homosexuals to be treated with dignity and not marginalized, Francis said it was something else entirely to conspire to use private information for blackmail or to exert pressure. Francis was responding to reports that a trusted aide was involved in an alleged gay tryst a decade ago. He said he investigated the allegations according to canon law and found nothing to back them up. But he took journalists to task for reporting on the matter, saying the allegations concerned matters of sin, not crimes like sexually abusing children.
Larry Probst an archivist at the Catholic Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph is suing the Diocese for sexual harassment, sex discrimination and retaliation, in Federal Court claiming that he was fired for objecting to pervasive homosexual sexual harassment from priests who lusted over a male co-worker.
Probst who worked as an assistant to the diocese’s archivist claims his bosses, the Rev. Charles Michael Coleman and Fr. Robert Cameron, continually “fawned” over his co-worker Michael St. George, and that the three sexually harassed him. Cameron even said St. George “could ‘cum in my hand,” the complaint states.
Probst claims other “unwanted and unwelcome sexual harassment,” included:
a. Sexually offensive comments from St. George such as ‘I don’t date someone with a hatchet wound,’ referring to a girlfriend of a co-worker. “b. Sexually offensive comments from St, George about removing pornography from his computer desktop before he could allow a Parish Soft technician access to his computer. “c. Sexually offensive advances and gestures from St. George such as arching up and grabbing his crotch while riding in a vehicle with plaintiff at the request of Father Coleman. “d. Sexually offensive comments from Father Coleman, such as about games men play where the loser has to ‘service’ the other men under the table.
Probst complained throughout the series of incidents which began in thee Summer/Fall of 2010 until March 18, 2011, when Probst met with the Chancellor of the Diocese, Bradley Offutt who discouraged him from pressing his complaint and told Probst that he could lose his job because of it.
On June 30, Probst was fired by the Diocese, citing “lack of funding.”
He is seeking back pay, front pay in lieu of reinstatement, and compensatory and punitive damages.
It’s being reported that Tea Party/GOP Candidate Herman (999 is 666 unside down) Cain covered up the fact that he had a gay staffer named Scott Toomey (A GOProud follower) who was and senior political adviser through last May when “allegedly” Toomey’s sexual orientation became known and allegations of misconduct in his role as treasurer of the Madison Pride Board was discovered which caused a a bit of a shock and embarrassment for Cain supporters so Cain the Godfather Pizza CEO and his staff “took care of it.”
Kevin Hall, the former Iowa straw poll coordinator for Herman Cain made these allegation in a letter applying for unemployment benefits and in testimony during a hearing last week.
Hall said that on June 9, his second day on the job, campaign spokeswoman Ellen Carmichael told the staff that Toomey was no longer involved in the campaign in any capacity and they should tell that to anyone who asked. Hall said he learned weeks later that Toomey was still “very much involved” as an outside consultant despite what he and others had been telling the media and supporters. The campaign would conceal Toomey’s continued employment by paying his newly-formed consulting firm so his name would not show up in disclosure filings. Filings with the Federal Election Commission show Toomey, of Chicago, was last paid salary from the campaign June 13. The Soarin’ Group, which Hall testified was Toomey’s firm, started receiving payments the same month
“A conservative candidate, Mr. Cain is on the record as stating that he believes homosexuality is a sin and a choice. And they know that, if his top adviser, his highly paid adviser, is openly gay that it would cast a negative light on Mr. Cain and would cost him in his efforts to become president,” he testified. “Basically the campaign was trying to cover up the fact that Mr. Toomey was still involved. They asked … me to help them cover up that fact.”
Its quite telling that the allergations of Toomey stealing money from Wisconsin Pride was secondary and had little to no effect on Cain’s campaign still using Toomey as a consultant.
To Cain obviously being gay and at the forefront of the campaign was much, much, worse than being a thief
Today the Chatham County District Attorney’s office announced that Cronauer and Stanzel will face only misdemeanor charges for punching Dal because according to DA spokeswoman Alicia Johnson, “for a crime to be considered a felony (which a hate crime is considered) there has to be proof of a sustained injury. It’s my understanding Daly suffered only a punch. Based on his medical records we could not upgrade the charge from a misdemeanor to a felony.”
Daly was knocked unconscious and that “puinch” caused bruising to the brain which now gives Daly seizures.
In-fucking-credible! And a complete crock of shit! The entire reason for hate crime legislation is to punish those whos motivation is hate. It is designed exactaly for cases like this, to give prosocutors another avenue to indict on additional charges to provide a more severe penalty for those who prey on others simply using hatred as a motivation.
I guess at lease4 in Georgia GAY is the new BLACK
