To absolutely no one’s surprise, Florida Senator Marco Rubio thinks gun control isn’t necessarily the answer to stopping the school shooting that killed at least 17 people in Parkland, Florida. Fox News’ Pete Doocy asked Rubio if he thought it was appropriate to be discussing gun control after the events.
“It’s not, only because people don’t know how this happened,” Rubio said. “[We don’t know] who this person is, what motivated them, how did they get a hold of the weapon that they used for this attack.” (We do now know who the shooter is, and police will begin to dissect his motivations and identify the murder weapon.)
Marco Rubio has taken over $3.3 million in blood money from the NRA as of this past October.
“Republicans prefers dead kids over gun regulations.”

A mystery donor has given the National Organization for Marriage $500,000.00 to help fund their anti-gay march and rally at the Supreme Court steps on the day SCOTUS is to finally hear the long-awaited Prop 8 case.
From Brian Brown
I have some great news! Recognizing the importance of this March for Marriage, one of our best supporters, a heroic defender of marriage, has agreed to commit up to $500,000 — HALF A MILLION DOLLARS — for a challenge, matching grant to NOM… so your contribution to defend marriage will be instantly matched, dollar-for-dollar, up to $500,000! NOM will receive an additional dollar for every dollar you contribute! And this goes for every donation made before March 26, 2013! Organizing this March is a tremendous undertaking that has the potential to incredibly impact the future of marriage in America. We know that the pro same-sex marriage activists will be organizing a counter-protest, attempting to make their propaganda heard. We cannot let them shout us down! We cannot let their lies that America supports gay marriage go unchallenged.”
I bet anyone 10-1 odds that the “mystery donor” is none other than that of investment fund guy Sean Fiedler of New York who gave NOM over $100,000.00 to fight Prop 8 and I am sure that some of NOM Board Member Orson Scott Card’s “Superman” salary from D.C. Comics is also going to help.
According to the National Organization for Marriage’s 2011 – 99o Forms from the IRS Brian Brown was paid over a HALF A MILLION DOLLARS and Maggie Gallagher recieved over $250,000.00 in total compensation in 2011.
Hate is seems is a very big business.
Brown “claims” he was paid $230,000 by NOM’s political operation where he claimed to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, and another whopping $230,000 from NOM’s Educational Fund where he claimed to work another 40 hours per week.
They must have paid them by the pound of anti-gay lies and bullshit that they spewed.
