For those of you who don’t know…..

Initially founded as the National Federation for Decency, the American Family Association (AFA) originally focused on what it considered indecent television programming and pornography. The AFA says it promotes “traditional moral values” in media. A large part of that work involves “combating the homosexual agenda” through various means, including publicizing companies that have pro-gay policies and organizing boycotts against them.

In 2012, Tom Wildmon had notorious anti-gay pastor Patrick Wooden, along with the FRC’s Tony Perkins, on the AFA’s “Today’s Issues” segment of their American Family Radio (AFR). Both Perkins and Wildmon expressed admiration for Wooden, who is perhaps best known for claiming that gay men have to wear diapers or “butt plugs” because they lose control of their bowels. He has also called homosexuality “deviant,” “immoral,” and “anti-human.”

Staver complained that GuideStar has gone from “a neutral entity” to a left-wing “political activist organization” under its president, Jacob Harold.

“Because of his liberal political activism, he decided to partner with the SPLC and slap these labels on [organizations],” Staver said. “You have to ask yourself, why did he do it? Why was he trying to do it? What was his motivation? It’s very clear what his motivation was. His motivation in terms of what he said, what they did, how they did it is to harm these nonprofits, to put, essentially, if you will, a Star of David on them like the Nazis did to the Jews. Wanted to isolate them, identify them, and ultimately economically boycott them.”

Staver’s insane rant of labeling the Liberty Counsel and other similar anti-LGBT organizations “hate groups” and comparing them to the persecution Jews faced in Nazi Germany, comes one month after a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit by them against GuideStar, a charity information website, after GuideStar began including information about groups that have been designated as “hate groups” by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Organizations listed as anti-LGBT hate groups “use dehumanizing language and pseudo-scientific falsehoods to portray LGBT people as, for example, sick, evil, perverted, and a danger to children and society — or to suggest that LGBT people are more likely to be pedophiles and sexual predators,” notes the SPLC’s website. “Some anti-LGBT hate groups support the criminalization of homosexuality in the United States and abroad, often marshaling the same debunked myths and demonizing claims in their efforts.” Simply opposing marriage equality or considering homosexuality a sin is not enough to merit a hate group label, the SPLC adds.

SPLC’s list of anti-LGBT hate groups includes the Family Research Council, American Family Association, Americans for Truth About Homosexuality, Mission: America, Mass Resistance, Alliance Defending Freedom, and many other familiar names. Liberty Counsel, besides being on the list itself, has provided legal representation to some of the other groups or their leaders, such as Scott Lively of Abiding Truth Ministries and Andrea Lafferty of the Traditional Values Coalition, in addition to representing antigay county clerk Kim Davis, anti–marriage equality judges, and practitioners of “ex-gay” therapy.

Bryan Fischer writes:

Not only did Al Franken not resign yesterday, it is my prediction that he will never resign. He will not resign until Roy Moore does – and since there is no way Roy Moore is going to do that, there’s no way Al Franken is going to do that either.  All Franken said what he would do is resign “in the coming weeks.” That is a gloriously indefinite time frame. Franken can cram as much of the future into that phrase as he wants.

Immediately after Franken mentioned his resignation at some unknown, unspecified point in the future, he spoke of the “irony” that a president who has a “history…of sexual assault” sits serenely in the Oval Office while Roy Moore, a man who has “repeatedly preyed on young girls,” is still on the ballot in Alabama.

We likely won’t hear from Franken again until December 13, the day after the results of the Alabama Senate race are known. What we will hear from Franken that day will be something like this: “I have offered, in good faith, to tender my resignation as a member of the United States Senate. Roy Moore, as a serial sexual predator, must do the same. In fact, I propose, as a gesture of nobility on my part, that Mr. Moore and I depart the Senate together. I will be happy to resign the same day Roy Moore does. Until then, I ain’t going anywhere.” 

Well lets hop that this is the first thing this hatemonger ever says actually comes true.

And On Cue One Million Moms is LIVID at Disney Channel for Introducing a Gay Teen to ‘Andi Mack’

As  reported earlier this week the Disney Channel this year added a gay teen character to its popular coming-of-age show Andi Mack.  And as predicted the group One Million Moms a creation of the anti-LGBT hate group the American Family Association are absolutely LIVID over it and has issued a “call to action” on its (phony astro-turfing) website:

What is wrong with having family-friendly content that is acceptable for all ages or even leaving a couple of networks solely for children’s entertainment? Disney Channel is gradually becoming another Freeform Network. As one of only a few channels catering to children, it cannot possibly be that Disney Channel has a financial need for more adult viewers.

By choosing to abandon family-friendly entertainment, Disney’s inexplicable choice to move toward more “adult” fare may ultimately prove to be a huge mistake.

Disney’s first gay kiss aired earlier this year on Disney XD’s animated series “Star vs. the Forces of Evil.” The scene took place at a concert where the band played a romantic tune that inspired many couples in the audience to kiss; a few of those couples — none of which involved a main character — were same sex.

The Disney Channel is deliberately choosing to “move forward” and promote adult content to children. By choosing to move in the direction of more “adult” stories and content, the Disney Channel – and the entire Disney media empire – may be choosing to sacrifice something far more precious… children’s innocence.

The plot of the show follows the title character Andi as she works through her teenage life, with the help of her family and her friends Cyrus and Buffy, including coping with the revelation that her sister Bex is actually her mother and that her mother Celia is actually her grandmother.  But that is obviously okay with the American Family Association, I mean One Million Moms.

 

AFA’s Batshit Bryan Fischer: If The Confederate Flag Goes The Rainbow Flag Has To Go Too – Video

American Family Association spokes-douche Bryan Fischer is at it again calling for the rainbow PRIDE flag to be banned because it’s ‘offensive’ to straight people on his AFA radio show ‘Fecal Focal Point’. 

There’s a lot of effort right now to get rid of the Confederate flag. There’s a public school system in North Carolina because it is divisive. No more Confederate flag.

There’s another symbol that is just as divisive… If we are going to ban the Confederate flag because it is divisive, how about we ban the LGBT flag at school?

If we are going to ban the Confederate flag at school because it creates division, because it is offensive to people, I propose that everywhere the Confederate flag is banned, at the same time the LGBT rainbow flag [should] be banned, at exactly the same time for exactly the same reasons.

It is offensive, it is contrary to our most deeply held values, it divides people, it does not bring them together.

It’s time to have the LGBT flag banned right alongside the Confederate flag. If we’re going to ban one, I submit we need to ban the other.

Back in 2015 the American Family Association hate group, which runs American Family Radio, pretended to fire Fischer in 2015 for comparing gays to Nazis after senior Republican lawmakers faced questions over their financial ties to the AFA.

For the government to force someone to do work that violates his conscience is nothing less than tyranny. And for a man to be compelled under threat of punishment to perform work against his will is slavery.

The reality is that the LGBT lobby is the reincarnation of some of the worst elements of the mindless prejudice of the Old South in its irrational venom toward people (Christians) who are not like them. The rainbow flag is the new Confederate flag. It is as much a symbol of bigotry as that flag ever was in the minds of the left.

Bottom line: in Frankfort, Kentucky, homosexual activists tried to reintroduce slavery to the Deep South. They failed in the attempt. A new and quite insidious trend has been launched in some conservative circles, a trend that unless it is stopped will eat away at the foundation of conservatism like a cancer until the foundation rots away and the whole thing collapses. This trend is the notion that one can be a practicing homosexual and a conservative at the same time. It’s impossible. Now it is certainly possible for a homosexual to hold conservative views on certain issues, and even defend them on talk shows, but it is not possible for him to be a conservative.

He, for instance, might be able to articulate a conservative view on national defense, or Second Amendment rights, or school choice, or repealing and replacing ObamaCare. But he cannot be a conservative. Why? Because at the center of conservatism is a non-negotiable view of human sexuality and the family. At the heart of a conservative view of the world lies the family. Not the individual, mind you, but the family. At the heart and soul of conservatism is the notion that marriage consists of one man and one woman and a family consists of a married father and mother and the children they conceive together through their love for each other.

Hmmmmm. “The center of conservatism is a non-negotiable view of human sexuality and the family.”

Which is why Hair Furor Trump has 5 kids from 3 different gold-diggers.

But on the other statement and I must confess it feels dirty to agree with Bryan Fischer on anything.

American Family Association Launches Petition To Congress To Stop Navy From Naming Ship After "Pedophile" Harvey Milk

 

Well we knew all knew it was coming.

The American Family Association hate group has launched a petition to Congress to stop the US Navy from naming a ship for the late, great gay activist Harvey Milk.

It reads:

The Navy is set to name a ship after the late homosexual rights icon and San Francisco politician Harvey Milk, according to a Congressional notification obtained by USNI News.

The July 14, 2016 notification, signed by Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus, indicated he intended to name a planned Military Sealift Command fleet oiler USNS Harvey Milk (T-AO-206).

Harvey Milk was the first homosexual activist elected to public office in the United States and was assassinated in 1978. That record plus the fact that Milk, who bragged about being a pedophile, served in the Navy at a time it was illegal for homosexuals to do so, apparently justifies naming a Navy ship in his honor.

Harvey Milk was a sexual predator who preyed upon teen boys. According to The Mayor of Castro Street, Milk’s very favorable biography by Randy Shilts, in 1963, when Milk was 33, he took in “Jack” Galen McKinley, a 16-year-old runaway in New York City “who was looking for some kind of father figure,” to live with him as a lover. While Jack was still a minor, Milk moved him to San Francisco. However, when Jack matured beyond Milk’s taste for young guys, Milk dropped him.

Jack McKinney was highly disturbed and frequently suicidal after being rejected by Milk.  The Mayor of Castro Street records Milk’s shocking coldness when told of his former boy lover’s suicide threat. “Tell him not to make a mess,” Milk said. Eventually Jack died in a fall from the eighth floor of a building, in an apparent suicide.

Slander against Harvey aside, and believe me it is slander. What will they do when this petition fails? Boycott the Navy?

The AFA is going to Milk this one for all it’s worth.

AFA Boycotts Target

The nationally recognized anti-LGBT hate group the American Family Association is claiming that in just a little over 24 hours of calling for a boycott of Target over allowing unisex changing rooms and bathrooms that than 200,000 *cough* LIES *cough* people have signed an online pledge to no longer shop at the red dot retail giant.

Oh and they want haters to send them some money

Target announced earlier this week that men are welcome to enter women’s restrooms and dressing rooms anytime, even if little girls were already in those rooms.

If you have signed the pledge already, thank you for standing with others in telling Target that putting women and children at risk for assault by sexual predators in their stores will cost them business.
