NYC – Gay Couple Attacked and Beaten in Times Square

Times Square was full of people while the attack occurred, but no one intervened to help.

The two men were walking around Times Square at around 10:30 p.m. on April 8th. when they were  targeted and attacked by four suspects in Times Square.

“They come up to us and they’re like,’ you need to move’. They’re like, ‘You need to move..’ They started pushing us,” The suspects reportedly used profanity and made anti-gay comments while they were beating the couple.

The two men were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where one needed to have a metal plate put into his fractured jaw.

The couple also said that Times Square was full of people while the attack occurred, but no one intervened to help. No suspects have been arrested yet.

    1. Disgusting. They should be locked up for good. We do not need menacing people on our streets. Thugs that prey on innocent people. I am a gay man in a loving relationship for many years. I have lived here for 27 years. I have always had eyes in the back of my head just for this very reason. It’s a sad statement on culture and society.

  2. NYC is starting to feel like the wild wild west and not the one with Wil Smith.. it’s a damn shame that people can’t feel safe ANYWHERE not even their own homes

  3. GOP thugs are destroying NYC. Probably funded by Bannon.. We had strong gun laws and they were revoked.

  4. I totally agree with all the above comments, they are right on point!!. Things are so disgusting lately. There’s all types of hatred out there, disrespect of all types, violence, etc. SMH.

  5. I’m surprised actually because Times Square is full of gay people! Never heard of gay people getting attacked just 4 being gay in Times Square!
