Chris Cornell the uber hot lead singer of Soundgarden and Audioslave turned himself into a gay grunge hero on Thursday in the Alaska Airlines lounge in Seattle’s Sea-Tac airport after overhearing a businessman call another passenger a “queer” for supporting President Obama.

Cornell in turn walked over to the business man and shot back at him “You’re a prick!  You deliberately called him a queer to make him feel uncomfortable in front of a lot of people.” security at that point stepped in and escorted the “prick” out of the lounge, while the passenger and Alaska Airline staffers thanks Cornell for standing up and saying something.
