Checking for Breast Cancer has never seemed so appealing! (well, for heterosexual women, and gay men, anyway).
The team at www.rethinkbreastcancer.com have unashamedly stripped down (literally) to the SEX FACTOR in their latest bid to raise awareness about breast cancer. Trust me, you’re going to want to take a look at this:
But guys, before you get lost in a dreamy bliss because this video is primarily aimed at women, let me remind you that about 2,140 new cases of invasive breast cancer and 450 deaths from breast cancer are in men in the USA every year (Source: American Cancer Society). Sorry to be the kill joy.
A tad tasteless? Maybe. But do I need to ask if this video was effective? Maybe other similar campaigns out there should be learning from this one! It could certainly be a way to get HIV prevention campaigns more attention.
