MTV Geek sat down with author Anne Rice of The Vampire Chronicles and The Mayfair Witches books to talk about her new upcoming novel “The Wolf Gift” about a San Francisco journalist who becomes a werewolf and  what that experience is like for that young man, to experience that transformation and how it works in his life and how he copes with it.”

In August 2010 Rice who had become a devout christian turned her back on organized christianity because of its abusive treatment of the LGBT community.
