Ugly Betty Actor Eric Mabius: Anti-Gay ABC Execs Sabotaged The Show

Hot and hunky Eric Mabius who played Daniel Meade on the now cancelled uber-gay friendly television show “Ugly Betty” is letting it be known that the shows demise had alot to do with anti-gay ABC executives

Said Mabius

“I’m pretty sure that the first teenage romantic kiss between two boys on network television was on our show, but did you hear anything about it? Was it promoted? The punishment was apparent every week. When they would run teasers for the next week’s episode of other shows, they didn’t even do those for us. That’s how little support we had. It’s short-sighted and silly. There was an undeniable feeling that the show was over at least a season early.”

That could explain why ABC played musical scheduling with Ugly Betty.  I admit it, I watched the show but there was a time that ABC shuffled it around so much that you never really knew week to week what night it was actually on.

  1. I’m sick of the lgbtq trying to convince the world that it’s an acceptable lifestyle for everyone. It’s not. Some people are, so be it, but don’t rub it in our faces and treat us like crap because we’re not advocating and promoting that life choice. I’m ashamed of Hallmark promoting it in their new movies. Sad. Create a new network dedicated to nothing but lgbtq, so the rest of us can choose not to be subjected to it.
