One of the most mind boggling thing is that The FRC is also a 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt Organization which is interesting because according to the IRS “a 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings may inure to any private shareholder or individual. In addition, it may not be an action organization, i.e., it may not attempt to influence legislation as a substantial part of its activities, (which includes propaganda) and it may not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates.”

Is there NOT ONE LGBT or Straight Friendly lawyer out there that’s willing to contact the IRS and try to get the FRC’s tax-exemption revoked once and for all?
