Popcorn, Pitcher of Martini’s, Virginia Slims. All set!
Oh what a shit show.
Clashes between pro- and anti-Trump demonstrators have taken placeon a small scale so far, prompting the NYPD to try to separate the groups. Ms Greene took aim at New York Mayor Eric Adams, saying that “you send your henchmen down here to commit assault against people by making loud noises”.
Former disgraced President Donald Trump promised that “2024 will be the final battle” and that he will overcome the “unjust” accusations made against him, as he held his first official campaign rally in Waco, Texas, on Saturday. .
“We’ve been fighting for seven years,” Trump said in a speech that stretched to an hour and a half. “We’ve been standing up to the Marxists, the socialists, the stupid warmongers … the fake news media. … They don’t want to tell the truth, that’s why they’re going down the tubes.” Trump slammed Joe Biden’s administration as “one of those depraved” chapters in American history. “Straight out of Stalinist Russia horror show,” he said. “A banana republic, that’s what we’ve become,” Trump said. But he vowed: “When this election is over, I will be the president of the United States [and] you will be vindicated and proud.”
At Saturday’s rally, he also said “I never liked ‘horse face,'” in apparent reference to Stormy Daniels, and then said, “We have a great first lady,” referencing his wife, Melania Trump. “And people see it’s bull****, and they go and they say, unfair! But it takes place by the Department of injustice,” Trump said that the “biggest threat” to the U.S. isn’t China or Russia, but American leaders including Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, a fellow Republican, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, President Biden, and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
“In many ways, these sick people are more of a threat, because we can deal with China.”
Trump also promised that “2024 will be the final battle” and that he will overcome the accusations against him.
“They’re not coming after me — they’re coming after you and I’ll stand in their way because in 2024, we’ll have the greatest victory of them all.”
Trump’s rally in Texas was purposely scheduled during the 30th anniversary of the Waco standoff between the FBI and the Branch Davidians, a religious sect. The 51-day siege began on Feb. 28, 1993, and resulted in the deaths of 86 people. A place sure to draw his most extremist base.
MAGA gun enthusiast Ted Nugent — guitar in hand — got the crowd frothed up with his views on the state of the world, etc. “Glory, glory hallelujah, look! It’s real America!” Nugent hooted at those in attendance. “I’m telling ya the whole world sucks and America’s catching up, but here in Waco, Texas with the real s**t kickers, this don’t suck at all.” Further into his statements, apropos of seemingly nothing, Nugent then pivoted to refer to Ukraine President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, as a “homosexual weirdo.” “I want my money back! I didn’t authorize any money to Ukraine to some homosexual weirdo!” Nugent yelled. “I want my money back!” The Cat Scratch Fever singer also led a “moment of silence” for January 6 Capitol rioters who are currently in jail or, as Nugent put it, the “political prisoners in the gulags of Washington D.C.”
So sayeth the draft dodging poopy pants pedophile. – WK
Next up was the equally insane and inbred Marjorie Taylor Greene who argued that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg “should be arrested”.
“You want to know why? We have to stop allowing Democrats to abuse us. It’s like we are a beaten spouse,” she said. Later adding: “I’m fed up with the Republican part that will not fight the fight and stand up for the American people. We need to end that party completely. That means Mitch McConnell, that means others like Lindsey Graham and others, who don’t stand up and fight for the American people.”
We’ll be posting more amusing moments from the Trump shit show Clownapolooza as they become available.

@RepMTG at the Trump rally is again attempting to incite civil unrest – and laying the groundwork for future violence if Trump is indicted – by claiming “his only crime was beating Hillary in 2016” and that Trump was elected again in 2020. 👈 MTG is a pathological liar. https://t.co/UShmPIDrdz
Homophobia was on full display yesterday from the most-bigoted Republican white trash member on Congress Marjorie Taylor Greene used her time at a Trump rally to attack the Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and personally attack a college student from Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Greene (R-Geo.) went full on homophobic on Saturday for some reason demanded that Department of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and his husband, Chasten, both gay men “stay out of our girls’ bathrooms.”
After the 2022 midterms, she said “You’re going to see a new Republican Party — a Republican Party that defends our nation’s borders, a Republican Party that finishes the wall, a Republican Party that saves this economy and stops this inflation [and] ridiculously high gas prices.” Greene then promised, “We’re going to drill oil right here in the U.S.A.” (Fact Check: America is already the worlds #1 oil producing countries)
Then she criticized Buttigieg, who has encouraged the use of public transportation and electric vehicles that were funded through President Biden’s bipartisan infrastructure law passed last year.
“And you know what?” Greene said, “Pete Buttigieg can take his electric vehicles and his bicycles and he and his husband can stay out of our girls’ bathrooms.”

On Thursday, the eyes of the nation will be on Cincinnati when President Donald Trump takes the stage at U.S. Bank Arena for his seventh visit to the region since announcing his presidential candidacy in 2015. Pundits will be watching and waiting for chants of “send them/her back” or some other trope that can be deemed offensive to prove a point and paint our city, state and the Midwest in a negative light.
Don’t take the bait. We’re asking you, Mr. President, your supporters and your detractors to set a new example for presidential visits. Setting an example not only includes people at the rally or protesting it, but those commenting about it on social media. Let’s do our part to dignify the debate about how best to improve our nation and the lives of all Americans. Perhaps if we can show the way, the rest of the country might follow suit.
