As if letting the anti-gay reglious sect known as the Duggar Klan continue their show wasn’t bad enough. Now TLC (otherwise known as The Lactating Channel) will be airing a“Special” in January about fours self-loathing Mormon closet cases called “My Husband’s Not Gay” who don’t identify themselves as homosexual despite having strong attractions to men.
The show focuses on three married couples: Jeff and Tanya, Pret and Megan, and Curtis and Tera. Joining the cast is 35-year-old Tom, the bachelor of the group who enjoys fishing and baseball and served as a missionary in Long Beach.
All cast members are devout Mormons belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The special will follow the cast as they navigate life while explaining to outsiders their unique marriages.
“I get a little defensive when somebody calls my husband gay,” one wife says.
The special is produced by Hot Snakes Media which has produced such “reality television” classics and “Amish Mafia” and “Breaking Amish”
For those of you who don’t know who Robert Oscar Lopez is. Lopez is an ‘ex-gay’ bisexual who blames his adult social dysfunction on having been raised by a lesbian mom and whose ramblings are being widely used on the anti-gay circuit. Lopez’s so-called “testimonies” have been used by NOM and the American Family Association to claim that gay parenting is inherently related to child abuse,
Lopez switches gears this week to take up the case of gospel singer Donnie McClurkin who was cut from a Martin Luther King Jr. memorial concert over his anti-gay comments Lopez uses the race card as an excuse in a long and almost incoherent rambling in the American Stinker Thinker claiming that the “mean gays” had him pulled because of his “black Christian” beliefs.
“The most blatant contempt toward black Americans I’ve seen recently has come from none other than the organized leadership of the LGBT lobby.
Donnie McClurkin, an award-winning musician, was supposed to perform at the fiftieth anniversary of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s march on Washington. McClurkin is a black Christian who has come forward with an inspiring life story. He was molested as a boy and developed homosexual behaviors, possibly as a result of the trauma. Later his faith helped him to overcome his homosexual desires and live a more biblical life.
Under pressure from gay power activists in Washington such as Phil Pannel, the mayor of Washington, D.C., Vincent Gray, decided to drop McClurkin from the concert. McClurkin was humiliated. LGBT activists felt that someone who had called homosexuality a “sin” could not perform at a concert commemorating the life and work of a black Christian reverend. [snip]
What is the ideology of the LGBT lobby, by the way? And why does it seem to clash so incessantly with the views of black people, who are — with the notable exception of Jason Collins, Barack Obama, and Obama’s die-hard followers — unimpressed with the comparison between their lives and the claims of the LGBT lobby?
People who love the same sex come with many different agendas and experiences. The peculiar ideology of the LGBT lobby, however, seems fashioned perfectly to inflame the rage and resistance of African-Americans. First, the ideology is based on biological determinism. The repeated appeals to the Fourteenth Amendment depend upon the notion that homosexuals are born with their orientation in the same way black people are born with dark skin. This isn’t the most inviting way to start a comparison: “Hi, I’m a guy who loves playing with other men’s genitals, and that’s just like you being black!”
There is an added dimension to this dangerous form of essentialism, however. The LGBT lobby is driven by the belief that people whom they classify as “born homosexuals” must engage in the actual acts of sexual gratification with the same sex, or there is something wrong with them. Within this logic, it is impossible to go from homosexual activity to non-homosexual activity. So convinced are LGBT activists of this rejection of free will and self-control that they have moved to make it illegal in California, New Jersey, and Massachusetts for counselors to help minors cease or avoid sexual activities with the same sex.
The LGBT lobby also demands that same-sex couples have the right to be parents. Here is where the movement becomes utterly irreconcilable with black history, regardless of how much Melissa Harris-Perry may enjoy her repartee with Thomas Roberts. For same-sex couples to become parents, they must purchase children. They won’t call it that, of course. But buying sperm from a sperm-bank or renting a woman’s womb both entail the exchange of money for ownership of a child. The state is then embroiled in the arrangement as an enforcer of the contract, compelling the child and third parties to respect the authority of two adults, one or both of whom are unrelated to the child, and both of whom came into possession of a dependent human being through money. (Those high incomes that Crystal Dixon pointed out among gay couples come in handy.)
How does this sound for a race of people who came out of slavery? Do you think it makes sense to tell black people, who were treated as chattel and stereotyped as savages incapable of self-control, that they ought to jump on board?”
Of course no where in Lopez’s rambling article does he state that he is an “ex-gay” with mental issues and a personal agenda. But what’s really disturbing is how quickly he has become a mouthpiece for the anti-gay crowd and how elected anti-gay officials seem to be giving him a venue for all his dangerous dysfunction.
Self-loathing closet case Christopher Doyle of Voice Of The Voiceless, has announced that the FRC sponsored “Ex-Gay” Pride Month in July has been cancelled to the despair of ten’s of bigots
“Due to some anti-ex-gay extremism that has occurred since we first announced Ex-Gay Pride 2013, the July 31 Lobbying Day on Capitol Hill and Evening Dinner/Reception at the Family Research Council has had to be moved and postponed to an undisclosed location in September. The harassment has caused several security threats which has forced us to change plans, and that is unfortunate. However, we are committed to holding an alternate event in late July as well as supporting some other initiatives that our allies and fellow ex-gays are planning for July. These events are still in development and will not be announced until late next week. For all of our supporters that have made travel plans to attend the July 31 event, we sincerely apologize for having to change plans, but we thought it was in the best interest to ensure the safety and security of all participants and speakers.
“On the bright side, this harassment and anti-ex-gay extremism has reminded us just how intolerant some individuals and organizations are about the existence of ex-gays and former homosexuals. So much so, that we believe it is necessary not only to hold events in July for Ex-Gay Pride, but also to declare September as the First Annual Ex-Gay Awareness Month. Ex-Gay Awareness Month in September will be a time to reflect on the discrimination and marginalization that former homosexuals and ex-gays experience in the public at large. It will also provide some much needed exposure to students in secondary schools and colleges across the country to learn about the plights, challenges, and tribulations facing ex-gays in our culture.”
Pffft “… moved to an undisclosed location.”
I wonder which Chik-fil-A they’ll chose to have it at?
Matt Moore, an “ex-gay” who advocates gay conversion therapy who blogs against the evils homosexuality for the Christian Post has been BUSTED trolling for gay sex in New Orleans where he has currently moved.
What Moore has said in the past about his gay ad-DICK-tion:
“The main thing that I struggle with the most still is pornography, but even that is changing. I don’t get the same satisfaction that I used to from it. My stomach actually turns at the site of homosexual “relations.” But I also know that if I continue to watch it and harden my heart toward the Holy Spirit’s conviction, I will start to see things again through the eyes of my sinful flesh rather than through the eyes of the Spirit.”
The grindr profile was really mine. I’ve been on it on and off for the last couple of weeks. Like I told the guy who sent you the picture, I am wrong in having been on grindr. I haven’t changed my views on homosexuality, the bible, etc. Creating a grindr profile and talking to guys on it was major disobedience on my part….disobedience to Christ. Disobedience to a loving and gracious God. Thankfully, I believe that He forgives me for this disobedience. I believe the blood of Christ covers this disobedience. And I won’t be on grindr again….ever.
“And I won’t be on grindr again….ever.”
Coming soon to Adam 4 Adam, Matt Moore using a fake name and a body shot.
Earlier today a group of gay ‘Barbarians’ showed up at Marcus Bachmann’s clinic in Miinesota looking for Marcus so they could be “disciplined” When they were told that Ms. Bachmann wasn’t there they glittered his office while singing to Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” and asked the burning question.
Looks like we are about to mess with Texas where rumours are resurfacing once again about Gov. Rick Perry’s sexuality and the REAL reason why behind his wife divorced him.
According to some very reliable sources its seems that Rick was found was found red handed and red faced in bed with this man, then Texas Secretary of State Geoffrey S. Connor (pictured left holding glasses), whom Perry appointed in August 2003.
Rumours of Perry’s uncivil union have surfaced before but, now with Rick ‘s decision to have a day of prayer with the anti-gay hate group the Family Research Council and fall on his knees in front of Tony Perkins.they are resurfacing again with a vengeance with some pretty damming talk of being able to back up the allegations this time
Considering Perry’s past its not all that hard to believe. Perry who is a graduate of Texas A&M University was a junior and senior yell leader. Besides being a cheerleader, Perry was also a member of the Corps of Cadets, an all-male military-styled student group which labels itself as the “largest uniformed student organization in the nation that likes to prance”.
If true hopefully Rick will prance off into history as another hypocritical self loathing closet case.
GOP Presidential hopeful Herman Cain best known as the former chairman and CEO of Godfather’s Pizza has been making the rounds of new shows lately pushing his candidacy and saying that not only does he believe that “homosexuality is a sin because I’m a Bible-believing Christian. But I know that some people make that choice. That’s their choice…I believe this is a choice.” so he will not support gay marriage but last night at an appearance on CNN with Wolf Blitzer, when Blitzer asked him he is supported Civil Unions for gays and Lesbians Cain said “”I support traditional marriage, let’s move on, Wolf.”
So to sum it up.
Cain believes gay is a sin, gay is a choice, and no gay marriage or civil unions.
This must be why Chris R Barron and the self loathing Auntie Tom’s at GOProud love him so much.
(Personally I think Godfathers Pizza is a sin. Have you ever tatsed that crap?)
