After Roseanne Barr tried to explain away her now infamous racist remarks on Twitter because of “Ambien tweeting”

The makers of the sleep aid Ambien, responded to her blaming of the drug as follows.

“People of all races, religions and nationalities work at Sanofi every day to improve the lives of people around the world,” the company, Sanofi U.S., said on Twitter. “While all pharmaceutical treatments have side effects, racism is not a known side effect of any Sanofi medication.”

Not only has ABC cancelled Roseanne Barr’s  new show and her agents dropped her after her obnoxious, racist tweet likening former Barack Obama aide Valerie Jarrett as an offspring of the “Muslim Brotherhood & Planet of the Apes.” but TWITTER also blew up with celebrity tweets trashing the Trump supporting former star showing her no mercy which she most richly deserved.

Barr later apologized then vowed to leave Twitter. About five minutes later she expanded on her apology. “I apologize to Valerie Jarrett and to all Americans,” Barr tweeted. “I am truly sorry for making a bad joke about her politics and her looks. Roseanne Barr Blasts The Catholic Church As Only Roseanne Can!

Our outspoken friend and supporter Roseanne Barr laid into the Catholic Church yesterday only as Roseanne can on her blog……..

“the pedo priests are trying to cover up the number of LITTLE GIRLS they have molested too, as if that doesn’t matter as much as what happens to boys. Trust me, the number of girls raped and molested by priests is at least double the boys. They are trying to cover it all up so that they can end up purging gay priests, and laying the blame on them. The fact is pedos like to rape both boys and girls, and only a small number of pedos are exclusively into male children. I am starting to think that any parent who takes their kids to catholic churches from now on should lose custody. Taking your kid where you know sex offenders hang out is inexcusable!!!”

Roseanne is spot on to the church’s strategy. If they can pretend that this is a problem because gays are sick sex offenders, and that their only mistake was in not figuring out a way to screen out “The Gays”, then they think they can be forgiven. The fact of the matter is, if you look at the scandal in places like Ireland where girls put into homes for unwed mothers, and girls raised in Catholic ophanages have reported HORRIFIC abuses, in fact one of the best sellers in Ireland right now is the story of a girl trapped in an unimaginably abusive Catholic home for teen girls.  the press in the U.S. doesn’t report the Priestly rapes against girls as much because it isn’t as salacious, but it’s common and Roseanne has really nailed them on their strategy to pretend that it doesn’t happen.

Yet the Osmonds still talk lovingly about their church, saying nothing about its extremely anti-gay Crusade. Marie also has a gay daughter! Hey, I want her and all the gay kids in the world to know that they are just fine being gay and that they deserve love and respect instead of insults and rebuke! I have gay people in my family and my circle of friends and I am kicking bigot ass and taking names! … Yet, even though the people they say they love the most in all of their public displays and speeches (THEIR KIDS AND FAMILY!!) are gay,– their own children, for crying out loud- these people cannot find the christian decency and compassion within themselves to stop their hypocritical gay bashing!! How sickening. I know so many Mormon kids who were gay and committed suicide, and I just cannot and will not stay quiet in order to not offend bigots anymore. It is all so terribly depressing.
