“I could cry… I don’t know why he’s doing this,” an emotional LuPone said in response to a question from co-host Ana Navarro about Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and the LGBT community. “I don’t know, I mean I’ve said this before and I’m going to get in trouble. I’ve said this before, and it’s been in print. I don’t know what the difference between our Christian Right and the Taliban is. I have no idea what the difference is. What’s happening in this country right now in the name of religion is so dangerous.
It’s not this country. It’s not America When I was growing up, I didn’t know America was an experiment. They never said America was an experiment when we were growing up. It was a democracy. And now it’s in such danger. It’s so upsetting. It’s upsetting to hear the loudest voices and not any kind of pushback to the loudest voices that are the extremity in this country.

Actress, phenom, and LGBT ally Patti LuPone declared that she doesn’t know the difference between “our Christian Right and the Taliban” during an appearance on “The View” on Tuesday. 

Patti being Patti, she had some choice words former president Donald Trump and Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, during the segment as well when asked rabout her eaction to the recent criminal charges filed against Trump.

It’s not enough. It’s just not enough. I want Fani Willis, and I want Jack Smith, I want anybody else indicting him to indict him now so I can get over my PTSD,” she said as the show’s audio cut out, apparently as she used obscenities that ran afoul of network TV’s language rule.
Jim Jordan, go home to your own district. I just want to say, New York’s murder rate in 2022 was 5.2% per 100,000 people, nearly three times lower than Columbus, Ohio. So go home, Jim Jordan. Stop picking a fight. Do the job you were hired for. Get out of New York!”

Patti LuPone Puts Anti-Masker Karen Audience Member In Her Place “Get the fuck out!”

Patti LuPone who has never been one for mincing words and calling out theatergoers who fail to follow proper theater etiquette, did it again on Tuesday when she exchanged blue words with an anti-mask attendee during a production of “Company” on Broadway.

The reading extraordinaire occurred after the show, when LuPone — appeared with the rest of her cast in a post-show Q&A hosted and filmed by the American Theater Wing no less. 

During the Q&A, LaDiva rightfully called out the audience member who wasn’t wearing a mask properly. Currently, the Broadway League’s COVID safety protocols requires all audience members to wear a mask inside theaters.

Via Variety:

“Put your mask on over your nose, that is the rule,” LuPone says in a viral Twitter video. “That’s why you are in the theater, that is the rule. If you don’t want to follow the rule, get the fuck out!” I’m serious. Who do you think you are, if you do not respect the people that are sitting around you?” After a woman in the audience told LuPone “I pay your salary,” LuPone responded by telling her “You pay my salary? Bullshit. Chris Harper pays my salary,” referring to the producer of “Company.” “Who do you think you are? Just put your mask over your nose.”

The woman in the audience had the nerve to talk back to our Broadway Legend Supreme?

Bitch please.

FOX News has it’s panties all in a twist and is calling Broadway legend and diva Patti LuPone “homophobic” over a tweet she made against the self-proclaimed “straight” Senator and Donald Trump’s butt-boy Lindsey Graham.

Ms. Graham who has been defending Donald Trump in recent days amid the ongoing controversy over his racist comments, as well as the “Send her back” chants at one of his rallies on Wednesday night.

“Lindsey Graham you are a disgrace,” Ms. LuPone tweeted. “On a personal note, why don’t you just bite the bullet and come out. You might just come to your senses.”

Now we all know that Lindsey-belle is straight. After all he says so. But this tweet send the Republi-CONS and Fox News into a tailspin frenzy and stated the false accusations that the one and only Evita herself is “homophobic” .

Now remember everyone. Lindsey Graham is straight. (To the nearest dick that is.)

I guess like Patti I am a homophobe also. Who knew?
