Gay Man Stabbed On NYC Subway In Apparent Hate Crime Attack

Gay Man Stabbed On NYC Subway In Apparent Hate Crime Attack

A man shouting homophobic slurs stabbed a gay man traveling with his boyfriend and his sister on a No. 1 train Saturday evening, according to the NYPD.

Police say the assailant got angry when he saw the victim, 28, with his partner, and argued with him as their northbound train pulled into 110th Street in Morningside Heights just after 7 p.m., cops said.

That’s when the attacker started yelling “you faggot!” at the victim.

He then stabbed the victim in the left side of the chest and fled, authorities said.

Emergency responders rushed the man to Mt. Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital, where he remains in serious but stable condition.

The stabber was still at large Saturday night and is described as a male Hispanic, about 6’1″ wearing a white shirt and khaki shorts.

The NYPD  is investigating this violent attack as a hate crime.

Federal Agents and NYPD Raid Rentboy.com’s “Internet Brothel” NYC Offices

Rentboy.com Busted

According to the NY Post federal authorities and the NYPD on Tuesday raided the Manhattan headquarters of Rentboy.com and what prosecutors are calling the world’s largest gay prostitution operation in the world.

Brooklyn federal prosecutors said the escort and massage service was really the world’s largest gay “hooker site”, with 2,500 subscribers and $10 million in revenue between 2010 and 2015.

Seven people — including Rentboy.com CEO Jeffrey Hurant and other top staffers were arrested during the raid at 14th Street and Fifth Avenue and are expected to appear in Brooklyn federal court later today.

“As alleged, Rentboy.com attempted to present a veneer of legality, when in fact this internet brothel made millions of dollars from the promotion of illegal prostitution,” Acting Brooklyn US Attorney Kelly T. Currie.

Jeffery Hurant and his staff are all charged with conspiring to violate the Travel Act by promoting prostitution across state lines.  If convicted, each faces up to five years behind bars and a fine of up to $250,000.

Its so nice that there is no more REAL crime in NYC that they can go after consenting adults having sex.

As of this posting the site was still up and pounding away.

CAUGHT ON VIDEO- Gay Staten Island Man Called “Faggot” While Being Brutally Beaten By Police

NYPD police gay brutality

An unarmed gay Staten Island man was violently beaten and called “faggot” in front of his own house by NYPD officers on June 19th. and now plans to sue in federal court for civil rights violations

Louis Falcone, a catering assistant says his nightmare began around 4:30 a.m.when his brother arrived at the home that they both share with their mother “obnoxiously drunk” after a night of partying.

“We had words,” he said. “I was yelling at him; he was yelling at me.

About an hour after the argument ended four NYPD cops showed up at the front door.

I’m talking to them through the screen door, they’re saying to come outside,” Falcone recalled. “I said, ‘For what?”

Then, his dog Looch, part pitbull, began barking.

“The cops said, ‘Get your dog out of here or I’ll f—— kill it!’” Falcone says. “I was like, ‘What do you mean you’re going to kill my dog?’”

He said he was shooing Looch away when an officer yanked Falcone outside.

“They threw me against the concrete in front of my house,”  They were hitting me for no reason. One puts his knee on my neck. They were all piling on top of me.”

And while the four policemen beat the 150 lb. Falcone they repeatedly called him “fag” and “faggot”

“While I was on the ground, I had mud and blood in my mouth,” he said. “One (of the cops) said, ‘Don’t let it get on you, he probably has AIDS, the faggot.’”

Falcone suffered a broken nose, two black eyes, cuts to his face and body.

A neighbor cross the street videotaped the incident.

The N.Y.P.D. did not return phone calls from this website.

BuzzFeed reports that the agile and fine looking police officers name is 16 year NYPD veteran Michael Hance.

We salute you Officer Hance for doing more to repair the NYPD’s reputation in 2 minutes than NYC has done in years.

Can send Officer Hance a message on Facebook to thank him here. ( Keep it clean boys)  https://www.facebook.com/michael.hance.98

Transgender Woman Dies After Brutal LGBT Hate Crime In New York City

Islan Netteled murdered

Transgender woman Islan Nettles, 21,  died of her injuries yesterday after a savage LGBT hate crime by a man shouting homophobic slurs and beating her mercilessly when he realized that Islan was transgender in Harlem on Saturday night.

DNAinfo reports:

Islan Nettles, 21, was taken off life support at Harlem Hospital after she was declared brain dead from injuries she suffered in the attack, cops said. She had been clinging to life since being rushed to the hospital late Saturday night, police said.

Nettles was out with several other transgender women at 11 p.m. Saturday when she ran across a group of men near West 148th Street and Eighth Avenue — directly across from the housing bureau’s Police Service Area 6 precinct.

When the man realized that Nettles and her friends were transgender, they began throwing punches and yelling homophobic slurs, cops said.

A 20-year-old man, whose identity was not immediately released, was arrested in connection with the attack, police said. But he was initially charged with misdemeanor assault, (WTF?)  The NYPD has said they expected to upgrade the charges on Friday.

Islan had planned to work in the fashion industry, and had worked as an intern at Harlem design house Ay’ Medici.

“Fashion became a definite decision for my life after my first show with my hand designed garments in high school at the 11th grade,” she once wrote.

Heartbreaking. Truly heartbreaking.

Cardinal Dolan Threatens Gays With Arrest By NYPD For Attending Mass At St. Patrick’s Cathedral

Saint Patricks refuses gays entry

In response to a column that rabid Catholic homophobe Cardinal Timothy Dolan’s wrote last week in which he suggested that LGBT people were welcome in the church so long as they “washed their hands” of the sin of being gay, a small group of gay Catholics gathered on the corner of East 46th Street and Fifth Avenue in Manhattan with a simple purpose, to dirty their hands with ash and attend Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in protest.

Symbolic and peaceful?  Yes.  But hardly an anarchistic and disruptive event.

Regardless Cardinal Dollan not only barred that small group of 10 from entering the cathedral but also threatened them with arrest by the NYPD if they did.

Joseph Amadeo writes:

It is what transpired in the moments after soiling our hands that I have trouble understanding and placing in the context of the Christian experience. At around 9:30am, the ten of us gathered were greeted by four police cars, eight uniformed officers, a police captain, and a detective from the Police Commissioner’s LGBT liaison unit. The detective informed us that the Cathedral would prohibit us to enter because of our dirty hands. It was at that moment that I realized the power of fear. The Archdiocese of New York was responding out of fear to a peaceful and silent presence at Mass. Even in light of this, we decided that we would walk solemnly from our gathering spot to the Cathedral with hopes that we might be welcomed.

As we reached St. Patrick’s Cathedral, we were approached by Kevin Donohue, who identified himself as being in charge of operations for the cathedral. Sadly, Mr. Donohue’s tone was both cold and scolding. What astounded me most was when he said that we could enter the cathedral so long as we washed our hands first. Even now, writing those words I find myself struggling to understand their meaning, while coming to terms with their exclusionary nature.

It was at this moment that Mr. Donohue advised us that if we entered St. Patrick’s Cathedral with dirty hands, we would be arrested and charged with criminal trespassing. Upon hearing those words, I remember standing there thinking, “How can I be charged with criminal trespassing in my own home?” It was then that I realized what it meant to be spiritually homeless. This realization was particularly difficult for me in light of the private meeting that I had with Cardinal Dolan on November 27, 2012, at his office in Manhattan. It was during that meeting that he expressed such love and welcome that I find his subsequent “conditional welcome” to be difficult to understand.

Not only is this one of the most unchristian thing done.  Dolan’s reaction of  physically shuting the doors and threatening arrest of the group reveals exactly how shallow and sinister his and the Catholic hierarchy’s mind operates

Jxactly how does Cardinal Dolan justify and get the NYPD to help block these people entry to the church.  They were being quiet and peaceful, they were not even carrying signs, and, except for the ash on their hands, they were behaving the same as every other parishioner that morning.

Can the NYPD even justify being used to bar a group of homosexuals from the Church other than the fact that they were gay.  And why did the NYPD go along with it and why are they not being called out for it?

In the words of Reverand Dr. Martin Luther King, in his Drum Major Sermon,  ” And any church that violates the “whosoever will, let him come” doctrine is a dead, cold church, (Yes) and nothing but a little social club with a thin veneer of religiosity.”

Brooklyn, NY Man to Sue City Over Anti-Gay Assault by Homophobic Cops

Jabbar Campbell

Jabbar Campbell, a gay Brooklyn man is claiming that he was attacked by homophobic police officers who responded to a noise complaints at a party he was having and that the officers tried to disable a surveillance camera on the outside of the building before entering and then beat him mercilessly while screaming anti-gay slurs.

Officers from the 77th Precinct, responding to reports of noise at Campbell’s  Sterling Place party, “They bum-rushed me” Campbell said after he opened the door of his apartment.

They were screaming and cursing saying things like ‘fag,’ ‘homo,’ ‘a–hole,’ just a bunch of anti-gay slurs,”

Campbell said he was beaten by the officers, who bloodied his mouth, split open his lip and caused swelling to his left eye. He was then handcuffed and charged with resisting arrest — and spent 24 hours in police custody.

Campbell, a 32-year-old forensic specialist filed legal paperwork Wednesday revealing his intention to sue the city.

Anti-Gay Muslim Man Sues NYPD Over Not Letting Him Be A Cop Citing Religious Bias

A “religious” Muslim man identified only as “Farhan Doe” is is suing the city of New York and the NYPD for not hiring him because of “religious bias” because he openly declared that homosexuals should be locked up.

The would-be cop from Brooklyn — identified only as “Farhan Doe” — is a Muslim-American who believes homosexuality is a sin as a matter of religious principal, according to the suit. Doe deserves to be in the NYPD, despite checking the “yes” box next to the question, “Do you believe that homosexuals should be locked up,” in 2009, when he applied, said his lawyer, Jerold Levine. When Doe — who works as an auxiliary cop in Brooklyn — applied to the Police Academy the next year, he’d softened his views, still believing homosexuality is a sin, but no longer believing gays should be arrested, Levine said. “They pro forma denied him again — saying he couldn’t possibly be a police officer,” the lawyer said. “The First Amendment is very clear, saying that you can’t discriminate against someone because they have a view you do not like,” he said.

If you can’t agree to serve ALL the public, you can’t be a public servant.

Religious freedom does not mean the right to make up your own laws and it does not give you the right to hate.

Recently their was a case in the news about a doctor claiming “religious freedom” for refusing to artificially inseminate a lesbian.  Well, just as a police officer, a doctor has no religious freedom in their work.    For any job, you can be fired (or not hired) if you refuse to do the work.

End of story.  Like it or not.
