Despite Public Outcry No Charges Brought Against The Bullies Of Teen Suicide Victim Jamie Rodemeyer

Jamey Rodemeyer

After years of torment and bullying, last Septemeber 14 year old Jamie Rodemeyer  committed suicide and despite the cries of public outrage from friends, family, LGBT advocates, and even Lady Gaga,  police investigating his suicide said Tuesday that the taunting and offensive comments he endured online and at school could not be considered criminal and that no charges would be filed.

After interviewing Jamey’s family, friends and peers, uncovering five bullying episodes at Williamsville North High School and sending Jamey’s computer and cellphone to a forensics lab Chief John Askey said:  “He was exposed to stresses in every facet of his life that were beyond what should be experienced by a 14-year-old boy,”  But neither the in-school bullying episodes, one of which involved pushing and an anti-gay remark, nor “insensitive and inappropriate” online comments were found to be prosecutable, Askey said, in part because the victim is dead and unable to help prove harassment or other charges that might have been filed.

Anonymous posts on a Formspring account Jamey opened said “Kill your self!!!! You have nothing left!” and “Go kill yourself, you’re worthless, ugly and don’t have a point to live.”

The investigation did determined that three students had targeted Jamey in high school, one of whom hired a lawyer after Jamey’s death. Those students weren’t the ones commenting inappropriately in the online forums.

To frame persistent harassment and bullying and in some cases physical abuse as ‘insensitive’ and ‘inappropriate’ reveals that the police who investigated this information have incredibly weak analytical skills and moral consciences.

To me, as harsh and draconian as this may seem, bullies who encourage their peers to end their lives like this should be held legally accountable for their actions and so should their parents for not raising their children right.  If parents were even partially held responsible for the actions of their children we would have a nation of little angels walking the streets. But since we do not it’s time to start making these little sociopaths realize that thier actions have consequences.

Throw them in jail, and let them feel how it is to be the ones separated and alienated from society. This sick behavior will  continue, is if schools, police and legislators keep treating the bullying epidemic with kid gloves.

It’s time to hold the bullying assailants responsible.  Nothing less at this point will do any good.

Matt Barber to "Porno" Pete LaBarbera: The Anti-Christ Gay Activist Are Threatening My Life!

Today “Porno” Pete LaBarbera interviewed Matt Barber (which is like Mussolini interviewing Hitler) of The Liberty Council who earlier this week said in a taped interview that “gay kids are committing suicide because they know its immoral”

Now Barber is whining about how there have been “a lot of hate mail; calls for my assassination” from these ‘anti-Christ’ activists “

LaBarberra and barber are a match made in HELL if ever there was one. Both are delusional, hateful, “Christomaniacs” who make a very nice living spreading hate and perverting the word of God.

I am going to post the entire interview below just so LaBarbera’s disgusting  American’s For Truth About Homosexuality website does not benefit from any extra Internet traffic.  Just click READ MORE below

Oh and also PLEASE feel free to contact LaBarbera and Barber on TWITTER at –  @PeterLaBarbera and @jmattbarber and let them know what you think of them.

Matt Barber in the ring

PL: In the past couple of days you’ve been under tremendous assault from homosexual activists and other liberals for some comments you made on Liberty Counsel’s Faith & Freedom talk radio program about bullying, the tragedy of teen suicide and homosexual sin. Tell our readers about that.

MB: Yeah, this has given us a teachable moment. You know, scripture says ‘woe to those who call evil good and good evil.’ When homosexual activists and other ‘progressives’ in the pro-sin movement are exposed to biblical truth, their reaction is invariably visceral and loud. There’s ‘nothing new under the sun.’ This ‘kill the messenger’ strategy is age-old and knee-jerk. These folks, as a matter of course, call evil good and good evil. Of course their gripe isn’t with me. I’m nothing. I’m nobody. Their problem is with their Creator, the natural order and the fallen state of mankind. They’re just lost.

PL: What specifically did you say to bring down such hate?

MB:  I merely repeated what God’s objective truth about sexual sin has always held: That heterosexual fornication, to include adultery, is sin and that homosexual behavior is always immoral and unnatural. Scripture is unequivocal on these points throughout both the Old and New Testaments. So, essentially I said nothing new.

Here’s where they lost their collective noodle: I also pointed out how the pro-sin movement is cynically manipulating the very real problem of childhood and teen bullying – something anyone with a heart is opposed to – in order to push, with a ‘Trojan horse strategy,’ a radical pro-homosexual, anti-Christian agenda. On this, there’s no debate. This is evil. When you shine light on evil those who love darkness will scurry for the shadows and blindly shoot arrows into the light.

These ‘anti-Christ’ activists seek segregationist legislation that exploits bullying, which can and unfortunately sometimes does occur against kids who self-identify as ‘lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.’ They promote these propagandist ‘LGBT’ laws to the exclusion and detriment of other classes of kids who are perhaps even more frequently bullied and in larger numbers: Overweight kids and racial minorities come to mind. This blatant discrimination betrays the true agenda: pro-homosexual indoctrination, pure and simple.

Regrettably, there’s no way to catch and stop all bullying. But what we need – and largely have – is general, inclusive bullying protections for all kids, to include those who may struggle with sexual confusion. What we must not have is legislation that discriminates against children in order to push a radical sexual relativist agenda. It’s really disgusting to watch homosexual activists hijack the issue of bullying and the tragedy of teen suicide to push their own selfish, decidedly immoral political agenda.

PL: On the topic of teen suicide. You had comments there as well?

MB:  Right, as you know I’ve never been one to mince words or sugarcoat things. That’s how God hardwired me. I also shared my opinion that many of those caught-up in the homosexual lifestyle intuitively know that such conduct is sin – that it’s both immoral and unnatural behavior. Objective truth is objective truth. God has written His laws on the hearts of every man, woman and child. We’re all spiritual beings created in the image of our sovereign Lord. We are also all sinners. Scripture says that not one of us is righteous. When we sin, we create separation between ourselves and God.

God’s word also says that when we sin sexually, it’s particularly egregious because our bodies are the temple of Christ. This separation from God – a natural result of sexual sin – can lead to depression and even despair. It’s a no brainer. I pointed out that such despair and inner conflict can logically be one factor that might contribute to teen suicide. It’s absolutely heartbreaking to witness, but it’s a very painful reality.

Scripture warns that ‘the wages of sin is death.’ Homosexual behavior is demonstrably destructive physically, emotionally and spiritually. The answer is never to take one’s own life. Life is God’s alone to give and to take away. The answer is to repent, make every effort to stop sinning and to find Life. Christ is the ‘way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father but through Him.’

I know this firsthand. When I was a young man I was caught-up in a lifestyle of sexual sin. I thought, as did many young men, that it was somehow cool to womanize. This sexual sin, of course, created separation between me and the Lord. The longer it continued, the deeper the separation. Believe me; this can lead to severe depression. Thankfully, I surrendered to Jesus and my life has never been the same. Am I still a sinner? Absolutely, we all are. But we can all be redeemed through Him. There’s no greater freedom and joy. That’s it. That’s the answer.

PL: Tell us about the hate-mail and death threats.

MB: Yeah, there’s been quite a bit of that too – a lot of hate mail; calls for my assassination; people saying they hope my children die, etc. Listen, this stuff is par for the course with the ever-‘tolerant’ secular-left. Of course the death threats have to be taken seriously, but with the rest of it; you just have to let it roll-off like water off a duck’s back. I don’t take it personally because I’m not really the target. They’re not so much angry with me. Really, they’re just angry at God.

Scripture tells us, paraphrasing; that they will hate us because they first hated Christ. These folks need prayer and I pray for them regularly as we’re commanded to do. Seriously, their violent reaction to God’s word should be treated as little more than background noise. That’s how I treat it. It’s the predictable clamor of rebellion against God.

We just need to press ahead, faithful and bold, speaking God’s truth in love. I can think of nothing less compassionate than affirming and encouraging sexual sin and pigeonholing kids into a ‘gay’ identity. This leads sexually confused kids into a lifestyle that, according to the CDC, promises boys, for instance, a one-in-five chance of contracting HIV/AIDS. This isn’t love. This is a kind of false ‘love’ – devoid of God’s truth. It’s deceptive. It’s evil. It’s the worse kind of hate

Video – Disgusting Homophobe Matt Barber: "Gay Kids Kill Themselves Because They Know They Are Immoral"

Barber you pathetic piece of shit.
It’s self righteous evil and hateful people like you who keep telling these kids that they’re unnatural that convinces them there’s something wrong with them. It’s the bullies who you help create that beat the shit out of them, menace them, tell them every day that there’s a paving stone in hell with their name on it just for being who they are, that makes them despair of ever having a worthwhile life.
It’s not teen suicide its MURDER which you and your repugnant heartless and evil kind are reponsible.
There is a special hot seat in hell reserved for you  Matt Barber and all like you.waiting

Nuns Blast Bishops Over Lack Of Speaking Out Against Gay Bullying and LGBT Suicides

The National Coalition of American Nuns have come out swinging and have released a statement earlier this week that accused the US Conference of Catholic Bishops of acting like “blinded Pharisees” as they continued to wage war against marriage equality without acknowledging the recent tragic LGBT bullying and suicide events that have swept across America.

“The US Catholic Bishops failed to make a single statement regarding these tragic, preventable deaths,” says the statement; adding that despite more than a month having passed since the news of the deaths of Asher Brown, Billy Lucas, Tyler Clementi and a number of other gay teens suicides broke “not one bishop’s voice was raised”.

The National Coalition of American Nuns statement goes on to harshly criticise the bishops for failing to “condemn a culture where youths are bullied for being who God created them to be and are sometimes pushed by society’s judgments to attempt suicide.”

Way to go sisters.  Grab your rulers and go get those bastards!

Just Like Sticks and Stones But Words Can Harm You

Anti-gay rhetoric helps prompt LGBT teen suicides; anti-bullying effort intensifies

In early September, news reports told the tragic tale of 15-year-old Billy Lucas in Indiana, a floppy-haired boy who liked to show horses and lambs at county fairs. After daily torment and harassment from bullies who perceived he was gay, Lucas was so broken, so depressed and felt so alone that he couldn’t stand living one more day.

He hung himself from a rafter in his family’s barn, ending his life before he was old enough to get his driver’s license.

During the past two months, newspapers and the Internet have been filled with stories of similar incidents across the nation, including the suicides of 13-year-old Asher Brown, 18-year-old Tyler Clementi, 13-year-old Seth Walsh, 19-year-old Raymond Chase and others. All decided to end their own lives, and all for the same reason: They were tormented, harassed and bullied to a point they could no longer stand it.

In September alone there were 11 LGBT bullying-related suicides, all of which appear to be tied to anti-gay rhetoric and hatred.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention notes that homosexuality is considered a prime factor in bullying and that gay youth who are bullied are more likely than other children to be depressed, lonely and anxious and are more prone to think about suicide or trying to commit suicide.

Constance McMillen Voted One Of Glamour Magazine’s ‘Women Of The Year’ Speaks Out On LGBT Bullying and Suicide

Constance McMillen who has been named one of Glamour magazine’s “Women of the Year” for 2010.
Contance speaks to the AP about teen suicide and also reveals that she was never a victim of bullying until after she fought her school district’s decision to prohibit her form bringing her girlfriend to the prom.

McMillen, 18, said she became emotional after reading about the suicides of 13-year-old Seth Walsh, of California, who hanged himself outside his home after enduring taunts from classmates, and of Tyler Clementi, an 18-year-old Rutgers University freshman who killed himself after his sexual encounter was secretly streamed online.

“I read it on Facebook. I was so upset about this that I could not sleep,” McMillen said. “I knew it had to be terrible for them to choose death as a way to escape what they were living in.”

McMillen said she has had her own suicidal thoughts. “But I never really considered it to the point where I almost did it,” she said. “Everybody thinks about it when times get hard.”

Growing up in the small town of Fulton, Miss., McMillen said she wasn’t bullied until school officials canceled the prom rather than allow McMillen and her girlfriend to attend as a couple. “I went through a lot of harassment and bullying after the lawsuit, and I realized how bad it felt being in that position,” she said

WATCH: ABC News "What Would You Do?" Segment on LGBT Teen Bullying (Video)

ABC News’ “What Would You Do?” presented a segment last night on Gay Bullying.
ABC News hired 4 teenage actors to play bigoted bullies and a helpless gay victim and set the stage on a Long Beach, New York boardwalk.

“You’re a disgusting homo!” one bully yells. Our victim covers his face, his eyes filling with tears. “What do you have in that bag? Fairy dust?”

The insults keep coming as bystanders fill the boardwalk.

Then we start to notice an alarming trend. Despite the bullies’ relentless taunting, most people pass the group without saying a word. Our victim yells “stop!” and tries to get away from the three bullies but they keep blocking him at every turn.

Some people watch in the distance — pausing for a moment to stare but eventually just continue on.

For 15 minutes, no one seems the least bit interested in stopping the harassment. Some tell us they simply didn’t think it was their business to get involved.

“It wasn’t at a point where I thought I should jump in,” one man said. “I just didn’t feel it was my place to step in.”

Only 3 people who passed stopped over a two day period of taping to help.

Maike Carr, a self confessed former bully who not only stopped the bullies but then attempted to lecture them.  Mike Brady who survived a hit-and-run accident over 20 years ago; he was left with only one working hand as a result of his injuries . “Well, I went over to him and said, what’s going on here?…And you know, I was ready to punch one of them with my left hand, but that didn’t happen, thank God.” and Jeff Kupferman is a retired social worker who used to work in a local school.

Kupferman had a message for those who, over two days of taping in Long Beach, witnessed our gay bullying and did nothing to stop it.

“It’s not just about letting somebody be picked on,” he said. “being bullied and being harassed…and, and it’s a normal part of growing up. It’s not a normal part of growing up.”
