3rd. Man Charged In Violent Kidnapping, Robbery and Torture Spree of 9 Gay Men in Dallas

3rd. Man Charged In Violent Kidnapping, Robbery and Torture Spree of 9 Gay Men in Dallas

A third Dallas man has been charged with federal hate crimes in connection with a string of violent kidnappings and robberies targeting gay men in December 2017.

The violent kidnapping and robbery spree came to an end after one of the nine victims, who were all abducted from a Home Depot parking lot where they “were attempting to meet up with what they believed was a 19-year-old Latin male” from the Grindr escaped his abductors and called 911

When Dallas PD arrived where that victim had been held, they found four other victims lying face down in an empty bedroom. One of them had blood all over his face.

Daryl Henry, the most recently arrested, is charged with nine counts, including conspiracy to commit hate crimes, kidnapping and carjacking; hate crimes, aiding and abetting; and kidnapping, aiding and abetting, court records show.

A federal judge on Tuesday ordered him held without bond pending trial. If convicted, Henry faces up to life in federal prison for the “gruesome” crimes, a prosecutor said.

Also charged in the case are Daniel Jenkins, 19, and Michael Atkinson, 24.

Atkinson pleaded guilty in March to conspiracy to commit hate crime acts and kidnapping in exchange for an agreement from prosecutors to not seek more than 23 years in prison, according to court records.

The men were robbed, pistol-whipped, beaten and sexually assaulted, federal authorities said. At least two victims were smeared with feces and urinated on. . Another was sexually assaulted with an object, prosecutors said.

In every case, the suspects forced the victim to withdraw money from an ATM at gunpoint, a police affidavit said.

We at Back2Stonewall would like to give the following advice. If you insist on having GRINDR or other “dating”apps hook-ups. PLEASE meet in a public setting such as a restaurant or bar where people can see who you leave with. You can never be too careful. Especially these days.

Erik “Ponch” Estrada Stars In The Liberty Counsel Hate Group Movie “Uncommon” – Video

Mat Staver Uncommon

So where do all the 80’s washed up actors go other than the Tea Party?  Well it seems that they are starting to make movies for anti-gay right-wing religious extremist hate groups as proven by Erik “I couldn”t get a job since C.H.I.P.S and the The Love Boat was cancelled” Estrada.

Hot on the tail of Rick Santorum’s critically panned flop “The Christmas Candle”,  the nationally recognized hate group the Liberty Counsel which was named in a RICO Act lawsuit which alleges that they conspired to kidnap the daughter of Janet Jenkins, a lesbian whose estranged partner went “ex-gay” and vanished to Central America has decided to try their hands at  brainwashing filmmaking with the release of a feature film called “Uncommon”.

Estrada will star as a principled janitor who helps the students put together the Bible-based production.

“Religious liberty in public school is certainly a fitting topic for our first feature film,” said Mat Staver, Liberty Counsel founder and chairman. “Many of the calls Liberty Counsel receives are from parents and students whose speech and religious viewpoints are being censored in the public schools.”

The “climatic ending” of the movie will feature Staver pontificating arguing in court on behalf of the students.  (Gee, I wonder if they win?.)

The movie will open January 14th and will close January 15th.

If it were to be released a  month earlier, it would be eligible for Oscar nominations.    I…. I just don’t understand….

FRC’s Tony Perkins Pushes The Idea Of Kidnapping Of Children From Their Gay Parents

Tony Perkins FRC KKK

“Faced with losing her seven-year-old daughter to her former lesbian partner, Lisa Miller made the only choice a new Christian could: she sought her minister’s help. After two courts ordered Lisa to transfer custody of her biological daughter to a woman with no adoptive rights, she felt she had no choice but to flee the country. Kenneth Miller, a Mennonite pastor from Vermont, helped her escape–and will now be paying for it with a 27-month prison sentence.

“Last summer, a jury found him guilty of helping Lisa and her daughter, Isabella, travel from Virginia to the Canadian border and then to Central America via the Toronto airport. During the two-hour sentencing, Miller told the judge he ‘couldn’t promise’ that he would never again help a parent smuggle a son or daughter out of the country. He saw, as so many of us do, a vulnerable child–and a government bent on redefining family law to the exclusion of the actual parents. ‘I give myself unto you to do with me as you see fit,’ an emotional Miller told the court. To many of us, the pastor’s predicament seems extreme–but a day may come when we all have to make a similar choice.

“Obviously, there are things we can do between now and then to protect ourselves, like electing strong conservative leaders and resisting the ever-growing reach of the federal government. But under an administration as hostile to faith as this one is, Christians may soon find themselves in the same position of breaking an unjust law. Will you have the courage to do what Kenneth Miller did? Don’t wait until the moment is upon you before contemplating this. Are you willing to accept the penalty instead of compromising your principles?” – Family Research Council – Hate Group President and known white supremacist Tony Perkins, pushing the agenda of the kidnapping of children from their gay parents.

Soooooooooooooo Tony, are you saying that (AND I PUT THIS OUT THERE AS PURELY HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION)  that if I stalk you, kidnap you, and take you to the roughest leather S&M club in America then strip you down, tie you up, blindfold and gag you and chain your ass into a sling with a barrel of Crisco besides you with a sign reading “NASTY PIG BOTTOM – The more I struggle the HARDER I want it – ALL WELCUM!” and later I insist it was because God told me to do it, I shouldn’t be punished for it then.  Right?

Like I said.  It’s hypothetical and no thought has gone into it at all.

Liberty Counsel’s “Fat Matt” Barber Hefts Himself Onto The Cross: Radical Homos Want To Kill Us!

Fat Matt Barber Liberty Counsel

Anti-gay Liberty Counsel spokesdouche and self-professed martyr “Fat Matt” Barber wrote an op-ed piece for World NUT Net Daily and attempted to heft his might girth up upon the cross with Brian Brown and Mat Staver to declare that THEY are the victims of violence and hate by evil radical homosexuals.

“Motive to kill? Fomented. Who to kill? Provided. Where to kill?  Pinpointed, with easy access to driving directions. The only thing the  SPLC did not do was purchase Corkins’ gun and drive him to the crime  scene. Here’s why, to my own aghast bewilderment, I’m left with little choice  but to believe the SPLC may be intentionally inciting anti-Christian  violence. Is the SPLC a left-wing extremist group? Absolutely. Are they  anti-Christian? Without a doubt. But few would have believed, until now, that they might intentionally, with malice aforethought, seek to incite anti-Christian bloodshed.” – Matt Barber,

In related news via Joe My God reports:

Truth In Action Ministries (formerly Coral Ridge Ministries) has made a video profile of  Matt Barber with this notation: “Conspicuous by her absence is Sarah Barber, Matt’s wife. Note what one of our VOs says in the feature: Our TV crew asked Matt if we could videotape his family, but he declined — because of the constant death threats he receives from the forces of ‘tolerance’.”  Also Barber talks about his claim of being fired  from Allstate Insurance for writing an anti-gay article.    In reality Allstate has called Barber a liar in the past numerous times: “Allstate would not terminate an employee for expressing personal religious views on his or her own time. Any allegation suggesting otherwise is false.”

HA!  Matt’s “wife” is in hiding? Well I would hide my head in shame if “married” to him too.

NOM’s Brian Brown and Liberty Counsel’s Mat Staver Climb on the Cross: Our HATE Makes Us Victims!

Victims

Ever the media whores and never ones to miss a oppurtunity to play “victims”.   Brian Brownshirt of The National Organization for Marriage and Mat Staver of the under RICO investigation Liberty Counsel took time from their busy hate schedules to climb up on the cross and whine about being deemed “hate groups” after yesterday’s guilty plea by the mentally unstable man who wounded a guard in the Family Research Council lobby last year.

MAT STAVER:

“The Southern Poverty Law Center has a long history of maliciously slandering pro-family groups with language and labels that incite hatred and undermine civil discourse. In the issues of family and marriage, Christians are literally in the crosshairs of radical homosexual activists, and the SPLC is fueling the hatred and providing the targets. The SPLC should be held accountable for its reckless acts. Even more disturbing than the SPLC’s irresponsible behavior is the fact that the Obama Administration is in bed with this group. What the SPLC and other homosexual activists are doing is intentional and dangerous. It is time to end the dangerous rhetoric and resume a civil discourse on the subject of natural marriage and morality.” – Mat Staver,

BRIAN BROWN:

“It could have been me or my staff. That crossed my mind when I learned the deeply disturbing breaking news: The Family Research Council shooter told the FBI he used the Southern Poverty Law Center’s ‘hate group’ designation on their website to ID and target his victims for a would-be mass murder rampage. So far, according to the Associated Press, the SPLC has refused to comment on what it now knows about the damage its hate list caused.

“An innocent man was shot because a killer openly and admittedly used the SPLC’s list to pick out and target his victims — and SPLC has no comment? No comment on the chilling revelation that this disturbed man, inspired by the SPLC’s hate group list, walked into FRC with 50 rounds of ammo and Chick-fil-A sandwiches that he intended to smear on the mouth of each of his victims!

“Let me make something clear here: I do not blame gay people for this shooting. Most homosexual people are law-abiding fellow citizens, equally appalled by violence. I do blame the Southern Poverty Law Center for taking organizations of other decent, law-abiding fellow-citizens, and lumping them in with neo-Nazis, labeling them ‘hate groups,’ as part of a deliberate strategy to marginalize, stigmatize, and repress the speech and democratic rights of conservative Christians.” –  Brian Brown,

“It could have been me.”  Well that crosses MY mind every time I hear about a gay person getting beaten to death by a stranger in the street.  A stranger who is motivated by the hate and homophobia that YOU Brian Brown and Mat Staver spread for profit and  because of the evil in your dark black souls

It is a very tragic situation that the shooter targeted a security guard. But don’t blame the actions of a clearly mentally ill man on SPLC and try to play victim when your guilt is laid before the world to see.   Take ownership of the harm you’ve caused so many LGBT folks.  you’ve earned every bit of animosity directed towards you.

In the immortal words from Priscilla: Queen of the Desert  “Oh, for goodness sakes, get down off that crucifix.  Someone needs the wood.” (And shove it up your collective asses!)

Mat Staver’s Liberty Counsel: The Government Should Treat Gays Like Drug Addicts

The “loving Christians” over at Matt Barber’s and Mat Staver’s  Liberty Council hate group posted this charming message today on the  LC’s Facebook page

Wait, if homosexuality is a sickness, can I call in Gay?

As for my “personal relationship” with Jesus. Its fine even though he’s a total hipster pushy bottom thank you very much.

Jury Finds Minister Guilty In Kidnapping Of Lesbian Mom’s Daughter, Charges Against Liberty Counsel Next?

Pastor Kenneth Miller, was found GUILTY yesterday of aiding and abetting international kidnapping  in the case of Lisa A. Miller who fled the country with her young daughter to prevent the girl from staying with Ms. Miller’s former lesbian partner in a civil union.

A Mennonite minister was found guilty on Tuesday of aiding and abetting international kidnapping by helping a woman flee to Nicaragua with her daughter to evade court orders giving visitation rights to her former lesbian partner. The case has drawn widespread attention as gay rights groups and evangelical Christian groups have taken opposing sides in the legal battle between the two women over Isabella Miller-Jenkins, now 10. Federal prosecutors say Kenneth Miller of Stuarts Draft, Virginia, helped orchestrate Lisa Miller’s flight to Canada and Nicaragua in 2009 with her daughter out of Christian solidarity with her decision to reject homosexuality and her former partner. The two Millers are not related. The jury deliberated only a few hours before finding Kenneth Miller guilty. He faces the possibility of three years in prison. No sentencing date was set

But is this the end of the Lisa Miller case?

An article published by this website in April of 2011 shows that Miller had been illegally assisted by Matt Barber and Matt Staver’s anti-gay Liberty Counsel at the time and when Miller failed to surrender Isabella Jenkins-Miller and disappeared.

According  to FBI affidavits, the ”Lynchburg Christian Academy Payroll Account” provided ”multiple payroll checks to Lisa Miller.”  The Academy is an affiliate of the late Jerry Falwell’s Thomas Road Baptist Church which Matt Barber’s Liberty Counsel is also affiliated with by way of Falwell’s Liberty University

FBI documents indicate agents believe Lisa Miller was going by the name Sarah, and that her daughter was being referred to as Lydia.

Last year Miller’s ex-partner Janet Jenkins’s attorney, Sarah Star, received a phone call from an unnamed individual who said that Miller and her daughter were staying at a vacation rental house in Nicaragua owned by Philip Zodhiates, who was described by the caller as a “Liberty leader,” Kaegel said.

Will the Liberty Counsel be the next to be indicted in the kidnapping of poor little Isabella Miller as they rightfully should be?

Stay tuned……….

Trial Set For Paston Involved In Liberty Counsel Connected Kidnapping Case Of Isabella Miller

Eleven women and three men were impaneled to hear the case against Mennonite  Pastor Kenneth Miller, accused of  helping Lisa A. Miller flee the country with her young daughter to prevent the girl from staying with Ms. Miller’s former lesbian partner in a civil union.

Lisa Miller, no relation to the  defendant, and Janet  Jenkins of Fair Haven entered a civil union in Vermont in 2000. Lisa Miller  gave birth to her daughter, Isabella, in 2002. The couple later broke up, and  Lisa Miller returned to her native Virginia.

Kenneth Miller is accused of  helping Lisa Miller and her daughter travel from Virginia to Canada, then to  Nicaragua in September 2009 where they lived among Mennonites.

But coincidentally an article published by this website in April of 2011 shows that Miller had been legally assisted by Matt Barber’s anti-gay Liberty Counsel at the time and when Miller failed to surrender Isabella Jenkins-Miller and disappeared.

Also according to FBI affidavits, the ”Lynchburg Christian Academy Payroll Account” provided ”multiple payroll checks to Lisa Miller.” The Academy is an affiliate of the late Jerry Falwell’s Thomas Road Baptist Church which Matt Barber’s Liberty Counsel is also affiliated with by way of Falwell’s Liberty University

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, Zodhiates heads the Christian direct-mail firm Response Unlimited. His daughter, Victoria Hyden, is Liberty Counsel president Mat Staver’s administrative assistant and was asked by her father to “to get Lisa Miller supplies.”

Right Wing Watch  confirmed that the FBI affidavit reveals that Lisa Miller and her daughter have been living in a Nicaragua house owned by the Zodhaiates and that Miller’s original Liberty Counsel attorney  Rena M. Lindevaldsen was also named in the FBI’s affidavit.

There is no public word if the Liberty Counsel is currently under investigation in aiding and abetting of Pastor Kenneth Miller or that of Lisa Miller in her fleeing the country.
