“I have to be honest with you Rick, when I was sitting there in my car that day and when she told me that those emails were coming from homosexuals, honestly, fear gripped by whole body, because I was very aware of the homosexual lobbyists and the power that they have. And people say, ‘oh you’re so brave, so heroic,’ but I’m not, I’m just a sinner saved by grace and I was gripped with fear that day. I just said, ‘Lord, what have I done?’ It entered our mind but honestly, and I mentioned this in the book, the Saturday night when my husband and I sit down and really talked about this and prayed about it, when we asked ourselves the question, are we willing to even lose our lives over this?” – Histrionic lunatic and Oklahoma Teatard Rep. Sally Kern, speaking on Christian radio.
Focus on the Family is pulling out all the histrionic stops to attempt to stop the release of last year’s Prop 8 trial tapes.
Next week a judge will decide whether or not recordings of last year’s Prop 8 trial may be broadcast. And according to Focus On The Family, that will put Christians “once again” in danger of being murdered by radical militant homosexuals.
Many pastors and other Prop. 8 supporters found themselves targeted by radical homosexuals during the campaign and afterward, prompting many to hire personal security guards in the wake of credible death threats. “Just because the trial’s over doesn’t mean that threat isn’t still there,” said CitizenLink Judicial Issues Analyst Bruce Hausknecht. “Judge Walker himself promised the parties to the lawsuit that only he, Walker, would ever look at the video, and only during his deliberations. That’s obviously being violated just by the request. “Why is this judge even considering this request, given that both the trial judge and the Supreme Court have already spoken?”
This is a classic bully manoeuvre to portray the victims as aggressors. I mean after all we all know the extensive history of gays killing Christians is so well-documented
The transcript, files and information of the trial itself is all open to the public and we already know the names of all their witnesses and where they work. Kenneth Miller at Claremont McKenna College and David Blankenhorn at Institute for American Values. IMO Focus on the Family is worried that if America see’s the actual trial tapes and witnesses with its own eyes how weak and hateful its arguments are that it truly strike a major blow to its own organiztion.
