Michigan High School Teacher Fights Back To Keep His Career Being Ruined For ‘Touching’ A Cop In a Park

A 45-year-old Michigan high school teacher, won’t be pleading guilty to criminal sexual conduct after being arrested for allegedly fondling an undercover police officer during a public park sex sting in an attempt to save his teaching career.

Charles Glover could have served no time if he plead guilty to the fourth-degree charges, which involves touching, just touching  an undercover policeman during a Kent County Sheriff’s Department crackdown on man-on-man sex at Seidman Park in October so instead of copping a pleas and potentially killing his teaching his teaching career, let alone any other professional gig because he would branded as a “sex offender” Glover is going to trial next year to contest the charges, forcing taxpayers to foot the bill to prosecute one of the most meaningless “sex crime” cases there is (And also entrapment)

Okay now lets be real here.  All Glover did was grab the junk of another guy who presented himself as a willing participant in a secluded wooded area of the park.  Is the Kent County Sheriff’s Department and prosecutors planning on arresting, booking, charging, and trying every single straight couple that fondles one another in line at Target, McDonald’s, the bank parking lot, and yes, wooded public areas. Sometimes with kids around. In daylight. I’ve seen all of this happen, and I’m sure you have too, but never once did an undercover officer flash his badge and take out his cuffs. The situations are nearly identical, except in Glover’s case there was likely nobody around to have to watch it unfold.

Its Gay Sex-phobia pure and simple.

And before all you puritanical gay men who are saying . “Ewwwwww.  Men having sex in public is sooo disgusting!!!” “I don’t want to defend him ’cause he’s old and shouldn’t be having sex.” “OMG! He touched another man”   Straight couples have been making out and having sex in public since the beginning of time.  “makeout – point” (otherwise known as abortion-afterwards point). How many “straight sex-stings” has anyone heard about?

 Hello? Bueller?  Anyone?

No?  That’s funny because it happens all over the place every day and yet it’s almost never considered a crime.

The sex-phobic and, dare I say it, homophobic of some gay men these days is pathetic. Have you been to Hooter’s lately? No? What about the str8 strip clubs that exist in every city? They are “absolutely not for sex” either.  If you live in an alternative universe.

Phelp’s Westboro Baptist Church Van Tires Slashed In Oklahoma, Locals REFUSE To Do Repairs

After picketing the funeral of a McAlester, Oklahoma soldier this weekend the cazies of The Westboro Baptist Church returned to thier van to find two of its tires slashed.  And every auto and tire repair shop in town refused to make any repairs.

As their minivan slowly hobbled away on two flat tires, with a McAlester police car following behind, the protesters were unable to find anyone in town who would repair their vehicle, according to police. The minivan finally pulled over several blocks away in a shopping center parking lot, where AAA was called. A flatbed service truck arrived and loaded up the minivan. Assistant Police Chief Darrell Miller said the minivan was taken to Walmart for repairs. Even before the protesters discovered their damaged tires, they faced off with a massive crowd of jeering and taunting counterprotesters at Third Street and Washington Avenue, two blocks from the First Baptist Church, where the soldier’s funeral was held. Miller estimated that crowd to number nearly 1,000 people, and they not only drowned out the Westboro protesters with jeers, but with raucous chants of “USA, USA.” A few motorcyclists interspersed among the crowd also revved up their engines to muffle the protests.

Can we please get the names and addresses of all the businesses that denied them service?

Because everyone of them should get a little hand written “Thank You” note!

The details are sketchy but Pam’s House Blend is reporting that The American Civil Liberties Union and the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP will host a press conference to announce a lawsuit filed that day challenging the constitutionality of the so-called “Defense of Marriage Act” (DOMA). DOMA is a federal statute that defines marriage as a “legal union between one man and one woman as husband and wife.”

Even the National Law Journal is now going public and taking to task The Obama Administration and the Department Of Justice’s ridiculous arguments that it has a “duty to defend the laws” that are on the books, even the ones that it doesn’t like like DADT supposedly.  In their article “Duty To Defend”, which unfortunately is locked behind a member’s only password, The NLJ spells it out.  Below are excerpts from the article.

DUTY TO DEFEND?
The Obama administration opposes “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” but it’s still poised to defend the law all the way to the Supreme Court. Justice Department officials say they are duty-bound to defend an act of Congress. Yet history shows that this argument doesn’t always apply. During the last six years, according to records maintained by the Senate, the Bush and Obama administrations told Congress 13 times that they were not defending a federal law in court

In 1992, back when Congress could occasionally agree on something, there was bipartisan anger over a beverage called Crazy Horse Malt Liquor because it insulted the memory of a Native American chief who happened to frown on alcohol.

Congress quickly passed a law barring federal approval of any beer label that displayed the words “Crazy Horse.” The brewer promptly sued, and not surprisingly a federal judge found the law unconstitutional under the First Amendment.

When the question of whether to appeal the ruling in Hornell Brewing Co. v. Brady arose, then-Solicitor General Drew Days III decided it would be futile; the law was beyond rescue. “Congress seemed to accept the decision not to go forward,” Days wrote later.

So much for the vaunted governmental “duty to defend” acts of Congress, which has been invoked often in recent weeks in connection with the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” law barring gays from the military — a law that the Obama administration opposes but still is poised to defend. In cases much bigger than Crazy Horse — think Buckley v. Valeo and INS v. Chadha — SGs have been throwing provisions of federal laws under the bus for decades. And Senate records show that, 13 times in the past six years, during both the Bush and Obama administrations, the Justice Department has told Congress it is not defending an act of Congress.

Atlanta Police Purposely Destroyed Evidence Pertaining to Raid on Atlanta Gay Bar

It’s come to light today that  Atlanta police purposely destroyed evidence pertaining to the 2009 raid on the Atlanta Eagle gay bar, which also just happened to be the 40th Anniversary of the Stonewall Riots.
Attorneys for the bar and its patrons state the following, in a federal lawsuit

Their attorneys complained in court filings, which include transcripts of telephone conferences with the judge, that evidence was purposely destroyed. Electronic backups of e-mails were recorded over. Text messages and photos taken on cell phones are simply gone. According to the court documents, the cell phone data was erased just days after U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten ordered the data turned over to the Atlanta Eagle’s lawyers.

“Throughout this litigation the defendants [the city and APD] and their counsel have acted as if the rules, the law and even the orders of this court simply do not apply to them,” attorney Daniel Grossman wrote

So now the Atlanta Police are guilty of contempt of court, obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence.

In what has to be one of the most disgusting and vile things done by “Christians” as of yet,  Charles Carter and The Lot Project (also Bethlehem Fellowship) of Phoneix, AZ  have posted a YouTube video in which they not only attack the good that  journalist Dan Savage is trying to do with the “It Gets Better” project to stop LGBT suicide.  The Lot project has sunk to a new low and  like The Westboro Baptist Church did with Matthew Shepard they attack the memory of 15 year old suicide victim Billy Lucas among other things say that he is in hell for being gay.

“Billy Lucus, who hanged himself, obviously because he was gay, and unable to endure the guilt that the words of others prompted in him. This was indeed a tragedy, but not anywhere near the tragedy that Billy will discover in eternity when he faces the wrath of God upon rebellious and unrepentant sinners. Then, he will realize that his sin could not be atoned for by his own death, and he will realize that people like Dan Savage who encourage sin are deceivers. He will see them for what they are, the blind leading the blind. And he will realize that he has fallen into that ditch that the blind leading the blind inevitably fall into: that’s eternal destruction and misery. Sadly, it’s too late for Billy. For those who are viewing this video, however, their remains the opportunity of turning from sin to the obedience of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.”

I am so sick, tired and angry at these disgusting so called fucking  “Christians”.  They are EVIL and they need to be stopped.  Pure and simple.  I am not advocating violence.  I am talking about protests, phone calls, and holding them up to public scrutiny and ridicule and calling them out and publicizing them for what they really are.  Insane evil douchebags that hide behind and have perverted religion to mask their own hate. ignorance, and bigotry.

Federal Judge Orders The Reinstatement Of Lesbian Air Force Major Major Margaret Witt

Federal Judge Judge Ronald Leighton of Tacoma, Washington has ordered the reinstatement of an openly lesbian former Air Force  Maj. Margaret Witt, who was discharged under DAD\T stating “Her discharge from the Air Force Reserves violated her substantive due process rights under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution. She should be restored to her position as a Flight Nurse with the 446th AES as soon as is practicable,”

This is another legal and political setback for the Obama administration, which is seeking to end the policy through a legislative and executive solution and is ttill defending it in the courts.

Closet Case Bishop Eddie Long To Step Down Sunday As FOURTH Accuser Steps Forward In Gay Sex Harrasment Lawsuit

Self-loathing, down-low, closet case Pastor Eddie Long will be stepping down from the pulpit at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church after Sunday’s sermon according to various sites including Various sites, including AOL’s Black Voices. This comes the wake of a FOURTH young man pressing charges allegations against Long.for innaproppriate sexua conduct The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Spencer LeGrande, named in a civil lawsuit filed Friday, claims he was 17 the first time the two had a sexual relationship while vacationing in Nairobi, Kenya.  LeGrande, of Charlotte, N.C., alleges that the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church pastor gave him an Ambien, a popular prescription sleep aid, followed by a “prolonged hug,” kissing and rubbing, according to the suit. The suit claims the two shared a bed for the remainder of their trip.”

Long denies all the charges but has been very quiet about them the past few days.  The latest statement comes from his lawyers who say:  We believe that it is unfortunate the young men have chosen to take this course of action. The defense team will review the complaints and respond accordingly at the appropriate time and in the appropriate forum.”   (Like HUSH Money)

Chris Matthews covered the Sen. Saxby Chambliss “all faggots must die” scandal last night and had on as guests openly gay Rep. Jared Polis and Log Cabin head R. Clarke Cooper to discuss what should happen next n Ckambi\liss;\’ office. 

Cooper tries to defensd of the GOP, saying that there aren’t any gay haters in the GOP’s offices. Matthews responds amazed  “Not at ALL?” then Jared Polis comes out with the best line ever about Clark  “Clark has a tough job being a member of a club that doesn’t want him as a member.”

YEA JARED!  Thats what we need!  More SNARK and less PC bullshit!
