Actor Chris Hemsworth Talks About The Time He Got Hit On In Prison – Video

Chris Hemsworth

The dreamy Chris Hemsworth appeared on The Graham Norton Show  sans hammer last night with Lily Tomlin, Ron Howard and Scottish stand-up comic Kevin Bridges (who Tomlin had a devil of a time understanding).

Chris told a story about going to prison to do some research for the film Blackhat, in which he plays a furloughed convict. He figured nobody would recognize him but it turned out that they’re just as hot for Thor as we are.

Nothing like a Thor prison fantasy to start the day off right.

WOOF! – Chris Hemsworth Explains Why THOR Takes His Shirt Off In “Thor: The Dark World” – Video

THOR

My one true fanboy crush Chris Hemsworth sat down with the folks at MTV and explained in his hotter than scorching Australian accent why the God of Thunder has a gratuitous shirtless scene near the beginning of his new movie, “Thor: The Dark World” (Which is very lucky for us.)

MTV reports:

“That [scene] kind of came from Joss actually. He just said that there needed to be something romantic in there,” Hemsworth said. “Then he said, ‘Chris, get your shirt off.’ I said, ‘Well, I don’t know. What’s the why? What are we doing?’ The justification was that it was him coming home from battle, washing blood off his hands. It is what it is.”

And “it” is AWE INSPIRING!

Mr. Will “Thor spouse” Hemsworth.  I like it.

Red Dawn Remake Trailer – Starring: Chris (Thor) Hemsworth! – VIDEO

I’m not really one for remakes.  Especially remakes of uber yummy cheesy 80’s classics. But since Hollywood doesn’t seem to have one original idea left here comes the RED DAWN remake!

Instead of Patrick Swayze, Jennifer Grey, a pre-druggie Charlie Sheen and mad Russians. This time around in Red Dawn we have the MIGHTY WOOFY THOR Chris Hemsowrth, Hunger Games cutie Josh Hutcherson and evil North Koreans with a secret weapon.

Intersting trivia: The film was shot in 2009 and shelved due to MGM’s financial difficulties. The delay came amid growing controversy in China after excerpts of the script were leaked on the website The Awl. The film drew sharp criticism from the Global Times, one of the leading Chinese state-run newspapers, with headlines such as “U.S. reshoots Cold War movie to demonize China” and “American movie plants hostile seeds against China.”

MGM changed the villains in its Red Dawn from Chinese to North Korean in order to maintain access to China’s lucrative box office. The changes reportedly cost less than $1 million and involve changing an opening sequence summarizing the story’s fictional backdrop, re-editing two scenes and using digital technology to transform many Chinese symbols to Korean
