OUTRAGE! Gay Basher Caught On Video Nearly Killing Jack Price In Queens Gets ONLY 8 Year Sentence
What an OUTRAGE!
Daniel Aleman was one of two men who viciously attacked and almost killed gay Queens resident Jack Price in a brutal gay bashing last October which was caught on video from a nearby surveillance camera will serve ONLY eight years in prison for his “drunken” gay bashing.
“I’m very sorry for what I did,” the 27-year-old told his sentencing judge. “I was drunk and I was under the influence. I made a very big mistake.” Price, who was able to identify his attackers before falling into a coma, had said he “hope[d] [his attackers] rot in jail. I don’t understand how someone can do this to somebody. They almost killed another human being.”
And only got 8 years.

St. Petersburgh Russia’s First "Sanctioned" Gay Rights March Interuppted By Violence And Halted
Anti-gay protesters hurled eggs and shouted insults at participants in Russia’s first state-approved gay rights march, held today in St. Petersburg.
Skinheads, radicals, Orthodox Christians and even elderly women are being accused of attacking about a dozen marchers. The marchers held signs calling for greater tolerance of gays and lesbians and for improved human rights in Russia. “The fact that this demonstration was authorized is a step forward for us and for all of democratic Russia,” Maria Efremenkova, one of the organizers, told a reporter with AFP.
Police attempted to protect the marchers, who were outnumbered by the counter-protesters. About 100 people converged on 10 gay rights activists, according to radio broadcaster Echo Moskvy. The anti-gay protesters shouted slogans slurring homosexuals and tore up pro-gay posters and banners.
The gay rights march was halted after 40 minutes because of safety concerns.
Brutal Transgender Attack Reported In West Hollywood (Video)
A brutal attack of a 25-year-old transgender person in Los Angeles was caught on surveillance video this morning, showing the suspect putting his shirt on just before knocking the victim to the ground, kicking and and hitting the victim in the head with a bottle, before leaving the victim with bloody, beaten and with broken jaw.
Police are searching for two men and three women who can be seen in the video witnessing (or standing by) during the attack. The assailants were caught right before the attack. A video surveillance camera at a marijuana dispensary captured their images right before the attack.
The victims name has not been released but news reports are identify the victim as a “transgender woman”… who was dressed as a man (?)
"Julius"’ NYC’s Oldest Gay Bar Becomes Latest Target Of Anti-Gay Violence Attack
There’s news of another gay bashing this time happening at one of NYC’s oldest and historic gay bars. ” Julius”
According to New York City’s Anti-Violence Project. On Saturday night, a man who, according to the NYPD, has a known history of luring gay men with the intent to rob and injure them attacked two people at bar. The suspect is currently in custody. but no other information as of yet has been releases.
Julius is the oldest continuously operating Gay bar in New York and played an important role in the events leading up to the Stonewall riots.
On April 21, 1966 members of the New York Chapter of the Mattachine Society staged a “Sip-In” at the bar which was to change the the law that prohibited bars to serve liquor to the disorderly and homosexuals were at that time considered “disorderly.” Also In 1970 scenes from the movie Boys in the Band were shot at the bar.

We must as a city, and as a country, recognize the real harm and damage that discrimination and anti-LGBTQ hate does to all of us. AVP will not tolerate this kind of violence and we call on all of our friends and allies to speak out against anti-LGBTQ speech of any kind and help us create a world in which LGBTQ people are safe and respected and no longer face this kind of harm.”

Fire At Knoxville, TN Gay "Club XYZ" Determined To Be Arson
Investigators have determined that a recent fire at a gay North Knoxville, TN nightclub named “Club XYZ” was intentionally set and has been declared arson.
An arson dog sniffed out an accelerate, which authorities say was likely used to start the fire. “I don’t think it’s random violence,” Travis Kincaid, an investigator from Knoxville Fire and Explosives Unit, told the News Sentinel. “It looks to be targeted at a person or at the business. But I’ve found absolutely nothing to indicate it’s a hate crime. … I don’t want that perception out there.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation laboratory is analyzing samples from the burned area to determine what kind of accelerate was used to start the fire.

Violence Erupts at Serbia Gay Pride Parade. Molotov Coctails, Bricks and Flares Thrown At Police and Participants. Anti-Gay Opponents Rampage Through Central Belgrade (Video)
Hundreds of participants successfully staged Sunday what became Serbia’s first-ever Gay Pride parade through central Belgrade but with severe incidents of violence from anti-gay protesters. Before , during and after the short march, hundreds of thugs with bricks, flares and even Molotov Cocktails (Petrol bombs) were thrown at police protecting a gay pride march Sunday in Belgrade. Chanting “death to homosexuals Anti-gay thugs also trashed the seat of the ruling Democratic Party, setting one part of the building on fire. And at one point the anti-gay protesters hijacked a bus, ordered all of its passengers and the driver out, and pushed it down a steep street before hit an electric pole on a main Belgrade square.
About 40 police officers were injured, and about 60 people were arrested, according to the Interior Ministery’s Suzana Vasiljevic . Thnakfully not one of the marchers were injured.
The clashes left central Belgrade looking like a war zone with broken street signs, smashed windows, destroyed vehicles, garbage bins, lost shoes and sneakers strewn on the pavement.
Some 5,000 to 6,000 police officers in full riot gear, some on horseback and with the backup of police helicopters the actual parade went smoothly, as police blocked off the march route and the streets around it with heavy cordons. Hundreds of gays, lesbians and supporters of the parade, including Serbian and foreign officials, gathered in the Manjez park for the short march through three nearby streets.
Right-wing groups say the gay events are contrary to Serbian family and religious values. Most of the rioters Sunday were young football fans whose groups have been infiltrated by neo-Nazi and other extremist organizations, including support for the anti-gay protests by the Serbian Catholic Church
Senior Justice Ministry official Slobodan Homen said that the state response will be “fierce.” He said that the city center is covered with surveillance cameras and that the rioters have been identified and many already detained. He said they could face up to eight years in prison.

Bronx, NY Man Lured Into Trap: Beaten, Sodomized, Burned, and Tortured All Night Long "For Being Gay" By Gang Of Nine
In what has to be one of the\most shocking anti gay hate crimes in recent memory, A gay 30 year old man was told there was a party at a brick house on Osborne Place, in the Bronx.. He showed up last Sunday night as instructed, with plenty of cans of malt liquor. What he walked into was not a party at all, but a night of torture — where he was sodomized, burned and whipped all for being gay. There were nine attackers, ranging from 16 to 23 years old and calling themselves the Latin King Goonies
At 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, the group grabbed the 17-year-old, took him to the house and slammed him into a wall, He was beaten, made to strip naked, slashed with a box cutter, hit on the head with a can of beer and sodomized with the wooden handle of a plunger, the police said. And he was interrogated about the 30-year-old and asked if they had had sex. The teenager said that they had. The gang members set him loose, warning him to keep quiet or they would hurt his friends and family. The teenager walked into a nearby hospital and said he had been jumped by strangers on the street and robbed.
At 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, the police said, the group members grabbed a second 17-year-old, beating and interrogating him about the 30-year-old gay man. The 17 year old admitted that he had had sex with the man. They took his jewelry and held him while the 30-year-old arrived for what he thought was a party He was immediately set upon and tied up. the “Goonies” ordered the 17 year old captive to attack the man. The teenager hit him in the face and burned him with a cigarette on his nipple and penis as the others jeered and shouted gay slurs, the police said. Then the attackers whipped the man with a chain and sodomized him with a small baseball bat. This went on for hours.
While the man was held captive and attacked, five of the Latin King Goonies went to his house, which he shared with his 40-year-old brother. Using a key taken from the 30-year-old to get inside, they found his brother in bed. They pulled a blanket over his head and hit him, demanding money. When he refused, one placed a cellphone to the brother’s ear, and he heard the voice of his younger brother, who said he had been kidnapped and who pleaded, “Give them the money.”
The brother complied. The men took $1,000 in cash, two debit cards and a 52-inch television.
Finally after hours of torture they released their victims and made a remarkably thorough attempt to sanitize the house — including pouring bleach down drains, the police said, as little by little word of the attacks trickled to the police. A crucial clue to the attackers was provided by someone who slipped a note to a police officer outside the crime scene, at 1910 Osborne Place in Morris Heights, near Bronx Community College.
Seven suspects were arrested on Thursday and Friday, and two were still being sought.
David Rivera, 21; Nelson Falu, 18; Steven Carballo, 17; Denis Peitars, 17; Bryan Almonte, 17; and Brian Cepeda, 16. They were being held by the police in the Bronx on Friday night, with no arraignment scheduled. Still being sought, the police said, are Elmer Confessor, 23, and Ruddy Vargas-Perez, 22.
The charges include abduction, unlawful imprisonment and sodomy, all as hate crimes.
“These suspects deployed terrible, wolf-pack odds of nine against one, which revealed them as predators whose crimes were as cowardly as they were despicable,” Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly said at a news conference.

Wold be Soilder John Richard Shannon Bashes Man After Screaming That He"hates faggots" In Palm Beach Bar
John Richard Shannon who was supposed to join the Army today blew off some steam on Thursday night right before HE gets to join the Army at the Hotel Biba bar patron in West Palm Beach, FL by screaming that “he hates faggots” while accosting a group of people in the hotel. One of the men defended himself and his friends, incensing Shannon even more. Shannon then then displayed one of his hands, which was in a cast, telling the man that the cast was the result of “beating up a faggot” Onlookers say then Shannon began screaming “I hate faggots!” and jumping up and down until a hotel employees escorted him to outside.
After being thrown out Shannon snuck back in through a back entrance, found the man he was arguing with and hen smashed the man he was arguing with in the face with his hand in a cast, knocking him out.
Oh, the man who Shannon gay bashed. Wasn’t gay.
Shannon was to enlist in the army on Sunday. Instead, he is being held on $25,000 bond, charged with aggravated battery and despite that the man who Shannon bashed was not gay his charges were super-sized by “evidencing prejudice while committing offense.” (Hate Crime)
Tim Ravndal Is Still A Proud Card Carrying Homophobic Member Of Montana’s Big Sky Tea Party Despite Condoning Anti-Gay Violence On Facebook
Well it seems that Montana’s Big Sky Tea Party EX-President Tim “Hang the fruits” Ravndal lucked out and can remain a member of the Tea Party there because the group obviously doesn’t care or think that Ravndal’s anti gay Facebook postings were really any problem because the Montana group’s board met Monday to confirm Tim Ravndal’s (RAV’-in-dawlz) removal from his leadership post. However, a lengthier process is required to strip membership, and Walker says the board may not revisit the issue.
The MBSTP board voted Sept. 5 to kick Ravndal out of the party over a Facebook joked about the death of Matthew Shepard. who was beaten, tied to a fence and left to die in Wyoming in 1998. But some party members protested Ravndal’s ouster and threatened to resign.Ravndal told The Associated Press on Tuesday that he wants to review the details of the board’s action before commenting.
Ravndal who has said in the past that he didn’t realize his comments condones violence against gay and lesbians and that the Wyoming reference was meant as a jab to Matt Shepard has also said removed the messages immediately and Roger Nummerdor the Big Sky Tea Party chair has been quoted as saying that people have “sat on the information” for over a month. But information that we received is that the screenshots of Ravndal’s Facbook post were taken on September 1st at which time the comments were still up from when they were originally posted on July 23rd.
I guess to Ravndal that “immediately removed” means over a month and then only after being busted.
