Chris Hemsworth has been taking some time away from his acting career to prioritize his health and his family. In the meantime Hemsworth has been sharing his thirsty workout post for several months—and it’s quite something to behold.
But many people viewing the video, particularly the last core exercise, were distracted by the contents of Hemsworth’s workout shorts, under which it was pretty evident—from the hammer of the gods that kept swinging and bulging against the material—that he was going commando. In fact, the bulge was so large that many fans were left with the question: Is that Mjölnir in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?
While I never miss a chance to see a half naked Chis Hemsworth and this is quite the bonus there I can’t help but wonder e the anguished squeals of “Misogynists'” or “sexual objectification ” or “male gaze” if this video had been a scantily-clad woman.
Pee-wee Herman and pals are celebrating Christmas in the Playhouse in their own creative ways: Pee-wee makes a list for Santa Claus 1 1/2 miles long, teaches Little Richard how to ice skate, goes for a sleigh ride with Magic Johnson, commands Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello to make Christmas cards, receives a long phone call from Dinah Shore, even has more musical fun with Grace Jones, K.D. Lang, the Del Rubio Triplettes and Charo! Finally, Big Red arrives and announces that Pee-wee’s Christmas list was so big, he didn’t have enough presents for all the children of the world. Will Pee-wee follow his own advice and help others?
Seeing how they grew up on Eternia and Etheria, how the hell do He-Man and She-Ra even know what Christmas is? Their mom that’s how!
It turns out Queen Marlena is actually from Earth—though for some reason she never shared her holiday memories with the heroic twins until they were fully grown.
Oh, and for extra holiday bonus points: He-Man and She-Ra were apparently born on Christmas Day!
Nothing quite says a VERY GAY Christmas like He-Man and his BIG sword.
Former child stars from the 80’s have banded together and are standing up against Kirk Cameron and his anti-gay “Christian” rantings by forming CCOKC (Child Celebrities Opposing Kirk Cameron).
Originally made in 2014 these actors are still standing up to KKKirk Cameron even today.
Starring Brice Beckham (Mr. Belvedere), Keith Coogan (Adventures In Babysitting), Josie Davis (Charles In Charge), Maureen Flannigan (Out Of This World), Christine Lakin (Step By Step), Jeremy Licht (The Hogan Family) and Kenn Michael (The Parent ‘Hood)
Back in late 2020 we reported that HBO Max’s reboot series of the Green Lantern will feature the first Green Lantern character, Alan Scott – and, like in the Earth-2 comics, the character will be openly gay. But now it looks like DC is pushing Alan Scott back into the closet and out of the series and will now will instead be about John Stewart, one of DC’s first Black superheroes.
When the Warner Bros./Discovery Merger happened earlier this year, the project’s status was up in the air, as many shows in development, including Kevin Smith’s Strange Adventures show, were canceled. The Hollywood Reporter revealed that the show was still on track, just changed.
Marc Guggenheim, former writer for HBO’s Green LanternTV series, broke his silence about the show’soverhaul and admitted he had complicated feelings about it: “I haven’t had much to do with the series for the past year or so. Nevertheless, my feelings about this development (or, I suppose, redevelopment) are… complex. However, my feelings about the writing staff — Elizabeth Hunter, Sara Saedi, Pornsak Pichetshote, Juan Carlos Fernandez, Geoff Johns, Lamont Magee, Kirsten Pierre, and Jabari McDonald — are anything but. Showrunner Seth Grahame-Smith and I assembled a group of incredible writers and terrific human beings whose voices were as layered and diverse as the show we originally set out to make. Although this version of Green Lantern won’t be breaking out of orbit, I’ll always be grateful that these wonderful folks ended up in mine.
The original premise for the series reinvented the classic DC property through a story spanning decades and galaxies, beginning on Earth in 1941 with the very first Green Lantern, secretly gay FBI agent Alan Scott (Irvine), and 1984, with cocky alpha male Guy Gardner (Wittrock) and half-alien Bree Jarta.
Irvine and Wittrock are no longer attached to the project.
In case anyone is wondering how Vincent Price fits into the gay Halloween Back2Stonewall theme. Well. According to the book Full Service: My Adventures in Hollywood and the Secret Sex Lives of the Stars by Scotty Bowers, Vincent had a very happy marriage to his wife British actress Coral Browne not only for love but also for coverage for both their careers sake. (They Liza’d each other before there was even a Liza!)
Also in her book,“Vincent Price: A Daughter’s Biography ‘ Victoria Price explored the many facets and secrets of her famous father.
“He married a bisexual woman [Browne] and everybody assumed their marriage was a fraud,” offered Price. “It wasn’t a fraud. It was a totally sexual relationship but they were two people with very open minded approaches as to what life should look like. And that to me – people who lived this truth in all aspects of their lives – they should be heroes to every community.”
“Everybody asks me was your dad bisexual?” said Price. But not in the strictest sense of the word according to his daughter. “It was Roddy McDowall who said to me, you know, we didn’t have any idea what bisexuality meant in that sense, and if we didn’t know, then how can we know the answer to that question.”
“But I would like to say something here because I might as well,” she continued. “I am as close to certain as I can be that my dad had physically intimate relationships with men. I know for 100 percent fact that my dad was completely loving and supportive of LGBT people.”
Price recalls her father’s 1977 one-man-show where he played the openly gay Oscar Wilde to great acclaim and rebuffed the anti gay Anita Bryant efforts of the day. In television interviews, Vincent Price said Wilde had already written a play about Ms. Bryant: A Woman of No Importance.
Gay Monopoly, the unofficial version of the game that was originally released in 1983. It was released by a division of Fire Island Games called Parker Sisters (the Monopoly brand was owned by0 Parker Brothers didn’t see the funny side,) and the creators of Gay Monopoly were sued for copyright infringement and few board games actually made it to sale. Making it’s purchase a rare one and hard to find.
Created in 1983 (and with it’s historical content) The game board features original artwork of men in leather jackets and denim jeans and the tagline ‘A Celebration of Gay Life’.
Properties have changed instead we are taken on a circular journey where the properties represent famous gay landmarks. Some of the places that you can buy include Castro Street, Provincetown, Oscar Wilde’s Waterworks, Fire Island, Cedar Springs Road, and Bourbon Street. When it comes to a property, you’re no longer buying houses or hotels, in Gay Monopoly, you’re investing in bars and bathhouses and Gay Monopoly comes with unique playing tokens you can choose to play as either a jeep, teddy bear, blow drier, leather cap, handcuffs, or a stiletto heel. And you no longer faced the risk of a policeman sending you to Jail. Instead, an evangelical ‘Immoral Moron’ instructed you from his pulpit to ‘Go straight to Straight City’ (slogan, ‘Home, Dull Home’).
And there are extra cards other than Community Chest to look for. The game also includes Camp Cards that make you perform a certain action. For example, one of the cards asks you to say ‘faaabulous’ in six different ways to receive $3.
Another new addition is Hanky Code Cards. These ask the player to recall what each color of hanky meant, and what it meant when worn in a different rear pants pocket. (Remember this was the 1983.)
And as with regular Monopoly, a banker was needed to undertake the financial transactions. The guidelines suggested: “…choose this person carefully. A good choose would be someone who watches ‘Let’s Make A Deal’ often or perhaps a person who frequents S&M slave auctions. If no one fits these descriptions, at least get someone who occasionally buys his own drinks. If you are still without a candidate, just settle for anyone who enjoys deposits and withdrawals and who looks cute wearing nothing but a banker’s visor. But with this last one, make sure she keeps her hands out of the till. She is likely to have had so many sugardaddies that she will confuse her own cash with that of the bank.”
We need this game back not only as a game but as a historical teaching tool.
Parker Bothers might still be nbitter, though: Gay Monopoly holds a geek rating of 5.4 on Board Game Geeks… which is higher than actual Monopoly on 4.4.
Elon Musk said on Tuesday that Twitter could start charging a “slight cost” for government and commercial users in comments that come just over a week since he reached a deal to buy the social media platform. “Ultimately, the downfall of the Freemasons was giving away their stonecutting services for nothing,” Musk tweeted initially. “Twitter will always be free for casual users, but maybe a slight cost for commercial/government users,” he added a few hours later. It is not exactly clear what Musk means by “casual users” or how Twitter would characterize that usage.
Freemasons? Really? He brought up Freemasons?
Freemasons did not give away their labor. They were called freemasons because they were free tradesmen, and not indentured.
Maybe Musk was being drole. Whatever he didn’t succeed.
For the last six years, players have immersed themselves in the game’s diverse stories and its batch of 30 survivors . However, for the first time in the game’s history, developers have added its first LGBTQ+ character. On 27 April, Behavior Interactive announced that fan-favorite character David King would become the games first gay character.
The character David King described as a “hot-tempered ruffian”, was first introduced in the game’s fifth chapter, A Lullaby for the Dark: The single child of a wealthy family, David King seemed destined for greatness. While growing up in Manchester, he demonstrated serious potential in both sports and academics, and with his family connections, all doors were open to him. He could have succeeded at anything, if it weren’t for his combative nature. David lived for the adrenaline rush of a good fight and would go out of his way to get into one.
Death by Daylight’s creative director Dave Richard gave further insight into their decision to update the character’s backstory: “It was a long effort to get here today because we wanted – like any type of representation that we do in DbD – we wanted to make sure that we do it right, that it’s not token, and that players will feel represented by this character. David King is a loved character, a youthful character, he is loved by a lot of players, the LGBTQ community already considers this character in their fan love story as being gay as well. So it was a great fit to tell an amazing story,”
Behavior Interactive consulted closely with the organization GaymerX in order to select the right existing character.
Kevin Biegel, the former showrunner/writer for the Marvel live-action series New Warriors has made public statements accusing Marvel Studios of cancelling the show before it premiered for being “too gay.”
Best known for creating the series Cougar Town Biegel,, took to Twitter last Wednesday night to complain alleging that a homophobic executive took aim at the series for being “very very proudly gay.” before thinking twice and deleting his tweets.
A SINGULAR power that be killed that show, Because it was too gay. A rich, straight, Brentwood turd. He got fired for being vile at his company. We, on the other hand, live.
Biegel didn’t reveal thee exact identity killed the series but given the use of ‘he’ pronounces and the fact that the executive was fired from the company could illuminate who it was that killed the series. While this is purely speculation, one suspect could be Joseph Loeb, the former Executive Vice President of Marvel Television. Loeb stepped down from the company when Kevin Feige was appointed Chief Creative Officer of Marvel Entertainment but many saw the decision as him being let go from the company.
This is only the latest in a long line of counter-productive moves from Marvel Studio’s who have in the past been accused of “gay baiting” by the mega hit giant for announcing lesbian, gay, and bisexual characters that never play out their sexuality or have it even mentioned on-screen.
