Over half a million people at the last count have descended on Washington DC the day after Donald Trump’s inauguration as the 45th president.
The march in Washington, D.C., kicks off with a rally at 10 a.m. EST. Organizers plan for the march proper to begin at 1:15 p.m., and it is expected to proceed from its starting place near the U.S. Capitol to its proposed endpoint near the Washington Monument.
As the crowd gathers outside the National Museum of the American Indian, on the National Mall.
If there was any REAL LGBT leadership in this country following the Woman’s March today which we should all be supporting. There should have been an LGBT march on Sunday Morning. But of course the Human Rights Campaign is missing in action as usual and the LGBT Task Force is holding its annual cash cow The Creating Change Conference which creates no change except to that of the Task Force’s bank accounts and allows those who attend to protest each other in the safety of a hotel instead of hitting the streets and protesting our real enemies.
Courage my brothers and sisters and fight. Stand up and fight for your rights and for your lives.
