Over 40,000 homes were destroyed this when flood waters ravaged parts Louisiana. And one of those homes just happened to belong to notorious anti-LGBT hate group President Tony Perkins of the dangerously republican connected Family Research Council.
Perkins, who regularly claims that disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes and floods are sent by God to punish people for sinning (especially the gays) says he was forced to escape his waterlogged home by ark canoe, states that *GASP!* the flood will force his family to live in a camper for the six months it will take to rebuild his home!
Perkins called into his own radio show today from Louisiana to talk to guest host and former FRC vice president Ken Klukowski about the “biblical proportion” of the disaster that befell him and NOW explain that God sent this deadly flood not to punish the gays but rather “as an incredible, encouraging spiritual exercise to take you to the next level in your walk with an almighty and gracious God who does all things well.” In fact, he urges Christians to rejoice that God considers them “worthy of suffering for his sake.”
Finally, Gods aim is dead on.

While I would never wish harm to another person, I do like the hashtag #ShitFloats!!
But you can bet that of those 40,000 homes lost many belonged to a LGBT person(s). And Iyou can also bet PerKKKins said they were being punished by god. We all know god is selective.
