Chris Harris, an elected member of the Hooks Independent School Board, ss facing disciplinary action after posting a racist  image of a Ku Klux Klan member in a white robe and hood with the caption, “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas.” on his Facebook page.

Harris said he realized the post was inappropriate and offensive, but he insisted he was not racist.

The school board is scheduled to meet Dec. 15, and members will likely vote on whether Harris should be removed if he has not resigned by then.

“Insists he’s not a racist.”

If the hood fits……..
