  1. I suppose that Peter LaBarbera would cringe to know this but at the moment I am glad to find something to be proud of in Illinois. Even though the harassment continued the law protected the individual. That was an important accomplishment. Illinois and particularly Chicago have worn me down. After 25 years of living in Chicago I am looking to buy a house in Palm Springs. Hopefully within the next 6 months my user name will changed to “Bob in Palm Springs”.
