Bisexual, chain-smoking anti-hero John Constantine (a.k.a. Hellblazer) may be getting his own television series soon. NBC executives announced on Thursday that the Vertigo/DC Comics property is currently in development. Let’s hope the show stays true to its horror/fantasy origins and doesn’t sway into watered-down Keannu Reaves territory. Image via DC Wikia

Also coming to the small screen is a television series based on the life of Jim (don’t call him “The Commish”) Gordon, the gritty police officer who’s an integral part of Batman’s life. While the show focuses on Gordon’s early days in Gotham City and the Caped Crusader probably won’t have any role in the show, I’m excited to see so many DC shows currently on the air. Also, props to FOX for making the announcement during the premiere of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Image via DC Wikia

Speaking of which, the much hyped Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. debuted on ABC this week. Arguably the most-anticipated new show of the fall season, it had decent ratings, but quite frankly I’m not hooked yet. I absolutely understand that it’s just the pilot, but it’s going to take some work from Whedon & Co. to make me tune in every Tuesday. Image via Film School Rejects

Here’s a song a lot of us can relate to. The always adorkable Doubleclicks are releasing a song a week for the rest of the year, and their first video up is an ode to the Internet Troll. Via The Mary Sue

And finally, you haven’t lived until you’ve watched this ultimate vogue competition between a Finnish Sailor Moon and French Wonder Woman. Via Gay.Net
