One of Donald Trump’s prospective Supreme Court nominees  William H. Pryor Jr is as anti-gay as they come. 

Lambda Legal, an advocacy group for LGBT people, called Pryor “the most demonstrably anti-gay judicial nominee in recent memory.” The group’s opposition to him dates all the way back to 2005.

Why? At the time they said he had “repeatedly shown clear hostility to the rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and those with HIV – and also to women, people of color, disabled people and others.”

Their 2005 statement was the result of a 2003 legal brief in which Pryor upheld a Texas law criminalizing consensual LGBT sex, which he compared to “polygamy, incest, pedophilia, prostitution, and adultery”. What’s more, he argued that states should be able to prosecute gay people as criminals. According to Pryor then, LGBT people as a group were not protected by the Constitution and voluntarily filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court urging the Court to uphold Texas’ Sodomy Law.

But in 2013 the Alabama Bureau of Investigations (ABI) investigated Prior about  gay porn pictures that quite possibly belonged to ultra-conservative federal circuit Judge. Pryor reportedly posed for the shots while he was a student at Northeast Louisiana University from 1980 – 1984, and sources indicate that the porn appeared in print during that time before finding new life on the internet in the ’90s on the now defunct Badpuppy.com

But it seems like Bill Pryor who went under multiple names including “Bill” and  the name of “John” of course, “allegedly” had no problem having a go at gay sodomy for money and having it photographed when he needed money as a college student.

When reached for comment Pryor replied:

I have nothing to say to you except that these accusations are totally false.

Pryor has been insisting that the pictures are not him, but  a republican colleague in Alabama was quick to confirm that they are. “Holy cow, that’s Bill Pryor!” he said.
