As it stands the current version of ENDA has very broad language giving exemptions to religious organizations that many LGBT groups and activists including myself are fighting to be removed because it makes this version of ENDA virtually worthless by exempting those who discriminate the most.

Also Perkins conveniently leaves out of his lie filled rant above that religion, even fake religions like his own is protected from job and housing discrimination under the 1964 Civil Rights Act. And as everyone knows.  Religion IS a choice.
