Awesome straight LGBT ally John Fugelsang somehow managed to sit down and make it through an interview with The Catholic League’s notorious spokesdouche Bill O’Donohue on Current TV’s Viewpoint segment without reaching over and smacking the shit out of him.
Donohue continued to spout his insane logic to why same-sex marriage is bad, quoted Leviticus and when discussing the Catholic Church’s dealing with pedophile priests tried to blame it on the homosexuals and then to brush it off by saying “Grabbing some kid’s ass is rape?” to which Fugelsang replied: “No, putting your penis in a kid’s mouth is rape.”
The sheer insanity of seeing O’Donohue damning loving gay couples to hell in one breath and then protecting pedophile priests saying “Grabbing a kid’s ass–no big deal!” in the other is enough to make you go shopping for tar and feathers.
Not a bad idea actually.
As far as TarAndFeathers are concerned….. I’ve got tar in the shed, and feathers are no problem either……. just say the when and were!
Seriously though (were I am having no problem with Tarring and Feathering this child-rape promoting religious terrorist I assure you!), I think that it may be time to set an example!
In my opinion it is time to make an example by putting a creature in the limelight, and let the world see what kind of sick, foul and rotten animals these geeks are!
I am all favoring the principle of peaceful action against these sort of terrorists, but there will be a point that the insults, the demeaning, the degradations and the discrimination are enough!
And then I assure everyone that that day is not far away, and then it may happen that this sort of rapists and haters will be begging for the mercy of people……….!
I for one am fed up with the filth of these kind of terrorists!
Rape culture exists. The “So looking is as bad as rape”, and “Grabbing her ass is the same as rape” has been used by many MRA’s to derail the rape and molestation discussions this country BADLY needs to have, and that feminism is currently demanding we have. Sexual abuse of men, women and children is dismissed, and when we can no longer ignore it, and need to talk about the structures in our culture that perpertuate and enable it, it gets derailed by poeple who are just plain fine with it. That’s what I pull from this. This man is fine with sexual abuse.
I do not read a defense of pedophile anywhere in his comments. I see a man defending his faith against those who would use the issue to attack it.. When the same people who claim to be outraged by this issue are equally as outraged by Gosnell and the release of Roman Polanski then I’ll believe that the cry for equality is blind. Not until then.
