Yesterday on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Wes Breedwell  was  fired from his job at Rocketown, a rock club in Nashville, Tennessee for wearing a “I Support  Same-Sex Marriage” tee shirt and not being “Christian” enough.

Rocketown is a Christian-owned non-profit community center Rock Club and music venue.  Over the seven years Breedwell has worked there, he’s been denied  opportunities for advancement and salary based on his non-Christian  beliefs.

In a complaint form that Breedwell provided from his manager, the  manager insists “you cannot wear a  shirt to work on an office day or a show day supporting same-sex marriage” and  also criticized him for presenting beliefs that “contradict the  mission.”
