Comcast’s Xfinity TV Launches New LGBT On Demand Channel In Celebration Of LGBT Pride Month

Starting yesterday and running through the end of June. Comcast’s Xfinity TV is recognizing Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Pride Month with a special collection of LGBT       programming, including award-winning movies, biographical films, documentaries, TV shows, specials and interviews.

Our LGBT Pride collection celebrates work that has been recognized by GLAAD  for outstanding content for and about the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) community,” said Klayton Fennell, Vice President of Government Affairs .

Xfinity TV’s LGBT Pride Month offering will include winning and nominated movies,       biographical films, documentaries, popular TV series, and specials including:  MILK, Pariah, Albert Nobbs, Bam Bam & Celeste, J Edgar, The Kids Are Alrights, The Strange History of DADT, Party Monster, The Saint of 9/11, SMASH, Modern Family, Callas Forever and many more.

Comcast has had a longstanding commitment to diversity since its founding nearly 50 years ago and focuses its efforts on offering a wide selection of multicultural programming.
