Homophobic Top Chef Contestant Morgan Wilson Gets His Just Desserts – Indicted For Child Pornography Posession

Homophobic Morgan Wilson, one of the final 3 contestants on the first season of Top Chef: Just Desserts was indicted earlier this month on three second-degree felony counts related to possession of child pornography, which he was arrested for last year.

Wilson who was both violent (“I’d knock his skull right off”) and homophobic (“annoying little fairy,” “bitch,” “a little girl”) on Season 1 was indicted Oct. 6 on three, second-degree felony charges of possession with intent to promote child pornography. Morgan was arrested Dec. 7, 2010 after undercover investigators received several file transfers from Wilson’s computer via Limewire in September 2010. The files allegedly contained images and videos of children as young as toddlers engaged in sexual acts.

Plano police officers searched Wilson’s residence on Charles Place in west Plano Sept. 27, 2010, where Wilson was shown the three images which had been downloaded by investigators during the remote session. According to the police affidavit, Wilson admitted he had viewed these images and signed and dated the images to indicate the agreement with police.”

Morgan who was just indicted was arreseted back in 2010 when the show was still airing.
