CBC TV’s Rick Mercer Goes Off On Gay Bullying, Teen Suicide, and Invisble Role Models

Out gay Canadian television personality, political satirist, and blogger Rick Mercer took to the street to “rant” about bullying in schools, teen suicide, demanding that police be called in to deal with bullies and gay public figures take action and those in the closet should step out and become role models.

Rick is right.  The Police do need to be called in and bullies do need to be criminally prosecuted and punished.

But most of all he’s right about role models.  Especially gay role models.

Anderson Cooper, Kevin Spacey, Jodi Foster, Queen Latifah, Matt Bomer, Bradlee Cooper, Piper Perabo,  and more you should all be ashamed of themselves.
