Video – Homophobic Texas Judge Signs Order Barring Gay Man From Leaving His Children With Husband

Homophobic Houston  Judge Charley Prine on Friday signed an order that barred a gay man from leaving his children alone with his husband for no apparent reason other than the fact that he hates homosexuals.

William Flowers married his husband, Jim Evans, in Connecticut last year. Flowers has three children — a 14-year-old boy and twin 9-year-old girls — from his marriage to Lacey Flowers, which ended in divorce in 2004 after he came out as gay. Evans also has two children from a previous marriage.

When William Flowers tried to get full custody of his three children, a jury ruled against him. Then Prine issued the order barring the kids from being alone with Evans — or anyone who isn’t related to them by blood or adoption — without Lacey Flowers’ consent. Despite the fact that are no allegations of abuse in the case and Prine has no real legal reason to do so.

  1. The far right is always babbling about activist judges. Well, here’s one who has an agenda, not the best interest of a family or the law. He isn’t a judge and he shouldn’t be impersonating one. He’s a bigot in a judge’s robe with prejudice spewing out of it.
