Retired Gen. Jerry Boykin who participated in Rick Perry’s Prayer Rally for American Bigots is a leading opponent of civil rights for American Muslims, fervent critic of President Obama, and a rigid supporter of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell
Even though the Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell repeal is a done deal Boykin who has described himself as the “Gentlemen Christian Soldier” (and who I descrive as an evil fucking loony bird) still feels the urge to speak out and prove his bigotry and insanity even further.
In an interview with Janet Parshall, Boykin argued that the “persecution” of Christian soldiers and public figures was actually a sign of the End Times and the Rapture:

Jesus tells us in Luke 21 that before all the signs of His return ultimately are completed that they will take us before kings and rulers and persecute us in His name. And that is, just scripture, that’s prophesy, and I think we’re seeing that persecution now of Christians, particularly of Christians in uniform, Christians that are prominent Christians, Christians that are in the public eye. That persecution is going to increase as we come closer to the time of Jesus’ return.
Boykin already proved himself to be a serious wacko when he claimed that he was fighting for his God against Allah in Somalia when he led U.S. special forces in that conflict. He’s proven it all the more since he retired, making one insane claim after another. Here he is recently claiming that Obama is setting up his own Brownshirts just like Hitler.
Just when you thought ‘Dr. Strangelove’ has lost all it’s relevance here comes a genuine General Jack D. Ripper.
