Right Wing Hoists Chick-fil-A Up On A Cross. Would You Like A Side Of Martyr With That?

Chick-fil-A has been busted. Years do donations of food, money, and support of an anti-gay/pro-family agenda has caught up to them and no amount of spin from the RIGHT can change that fact.  But that doesn;t mean that the Right Wing loons won;t try.

Today Right Wingnut columnist Michelle Malkin who has the credibility of ENRON and E.W. Jackson, head of Staying True to America’s National Destiny (STAND), which wants to replace our democracy with a Bible-based theocracy comment and start pounding that chicken sandwich onto the cross.

MALKIN:

Progressive groups are gloating over Chick-Fil-A’s public relations troubles exacerbated by the nation’s politicized paper of record. Not because they care about winning hearts and minds over gay rights or marriage policy, but because their core objective is to marginalize political opponents and chill Christian philanthropy and activism. The fearsome ‘muscle-flexing’ isn’t being done by innocent job-creators selling chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. It’s being done by the hysterical bullies trying to drive them off college grounds and out of their neighborhoods in the name of ‘human rights.’

“Remember: These were the same tactics the left-wing mob used in California to intimidate supporters of the Proposition 8 traditional marriage initiative. Individual donors were put on an ‘Anti-Gay Black List.’ Businesses who contributed money to the Prop. 8 campaign were besieged by fist-wielding protesters. The artistic director of the California Musical Theatre was forced to resign over his $1,000 donation. Message: Associate with the wrong political cause and you will pay. So much for national ‘civility.’

E.W. JACKSON:

“This [Chick-fil-A boycott] is further proof of the insidious and dangerous hatred by homosexual activists of any Christian who dares try to live out their biblical values. The problem in society today is not hatred of homosexuals, but hatred by homosexuals of anyone who refuses to say ‘amen’ to their sexual behavior.

“Go out of your way to patronize this fine business. They have a right to support whomever they wish without being persecuted for their Christian faith and values. The bigotry is so virulent that it may be time to make Christians a protected class. Right now ‘Christo-phobia’ and ‘Biblo-phobia’ are at such a fever pitch among leftists and homosexual activists, and they need to be stopped before they get carried away in their zeal and do bodily harm to someone. Once again we must remind them our Constitution says, ‘freedom of religion’ and not ‘freedom from religion.'”

It’s amazing that in his defense of Christ-Fil-A or Cruci-Chicken turns it into persecution of.  Especially that he a black Pastor Jackson seems to conveniently forget and not mention that because of the Civil Rights Act Of 1964, which does NOT protect LGBT people, Christians are already a “protected class.”

Michelle Malkin, also should do a little research for a change instead of playing with her rabbit while looking at John Boehner pictures because if she did she might see that for well over 30 years Right Wing Christomaniacs have boycotted  General Mills, Ralston Purina, Domino’s Pizza, Mazda, Noxell, McDonalds and Hallmark Cards   They have withdraw advertising from Saturday Night Live  boycotted PepsiCo, Campbell’s soup and even Disney over any gay friendly overtures these companies have made over the years no matter how small. And this isn’t even a complete list. But who are we kidding.  Michelle knoiws that.

Cruci-Chicken does have a right to support whomever they wish and we have the right not to purchase their product.

If Christ-Fil-A wants to be a holy roller fast food chain then so be it.  And let them have all the holy roller customers in the world and hopefully they will stuff their faces full and have as much as they want.  The preservatives alone should do them in sooner than later….not necessarily a bad thing.

  1. Amazing that these people have been so successful, despite their obvious ties to hate groups. Haven't eaten there in years, as I already knew this. Nobody likes change though, but I'd hope a chicken sandwich and some waffle fries aren't worth supporting hate over. Shame…
