Video – Daniel Hernandez At Memorial For Victims Of Tucson Shooting: ‘I Must Humbly Reject the Use of of the Word Hero’

Daniel Hernandez, the 20-year-old gay intern who is responible for helping save Rep. Gabrielle Giffords life, was honored as a hero last night at the Memorial for the victims of the Tuscon AZ shooting last Saturday.

Hernandez delivered a terrific and humble speech where he  rejected being called a “hero” and called on everyone to honor others that were there that night, and those who dedicate their lives to public service.

Daniel regardless of what you say you ARE a TRUE HERO!
