Officially recognized hate group, The American Family Association is predicting a 2-1 split in favor of upholding the repeal of Proposition 8.(Even thoughthere are 2 Liberal judges and 1 Conservative on the panel).

This “expert” prediction comes from Focus on the Family Stuart Shepard who has no legal experience and who host of the webcast, for Focus on the Family which is just a hair away from being catagorized a hate group itself.
