President Obama Heckled on DADT Repeal Failure and AIDS Funding at House and Senate Democratic Committees Fundraisers In NYC

At the ballroom of the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City last night Obama raised $1.4 million at receptions and a dinner for the House and Senate Democratic campaign committees, and he also drew the ire and anger of LGBT Activist.  Obama had just finished saying it’s “nice just to stop by and see some friends” when the activist began shouting.  “”Obama broken promises KILL”

The hecklers were so loud Obama went off-script several times to address them, insisting he’s increased AIDS funding and is working to overturn the military’s “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. He told them to go shout at Republicans, noting that a vote on repealing “don’t ask, don’t tell” failed this week in the Senate, with Republicans united in opposition. (Yea and you did so much for it to pass Barack)

“Some of those signs should be going up at the other folks’ events, and folks should be hollering at the other folks’ event. Because the choice in November could not be clearer,” the president said. Then switching to the fear technique “We heard your point. And as I said before, we increased AIDS funding. … The people who will take over if we don’t focus on the election, I promise you, will cut AIDS funding.”

“When I was running for office … maybe we gave people the wrong impression about how change happens,” Obama said

Or maybe you just lied.  T:the blame Republicans” is getting very stale because we do blame the Republicans.  But we also blame you and the Democratic Party who made promised that you had no intention of keeping just to take our money and our support not keep and for your lackluster support.  Not only one side is innocent here and I refure to play the lesser of two evils.  You are BOTH guilty for me still being a second class citizen/

We can’t scare the Republicans they are all nutsy koo-koo.  But hhopefully though we will be able to scare you Obama and the Democrats.
