Actually considering they have known for months that Judge Vaugh walker would probably rule against Prop 8 because the “I dont like you but have no proof” defense was doomed to lose.

Alexander Hamilton, in advocating for the ratification of our Constitution in 1788, argued that the judiciary would be ‘the least dangerous’ branch of government. The fact that homosexuals prefer not to enter into marriages as historically defined does not give them a right to change the definition of what a ‘marriage’ is.
