Glee star Jane Lynch has wed her partner Lara Embry in Massachusetts.

The couple exchanged vows at the Blue Heron Restaurant in Sunderland on Monday and  21 guests witnessed Lynch and Embry tie the knot in a 20-minute ceremony before chowing down on sea bass, duck and a three-tiered chocolate-mousse wedding cake with vanilla-cream frosting.

According to a Blue Heron  “They’ve been planning the event for the past few months. We were all so excited. They’re really great people.”

Lynch and Embry, a psychologist, chose to wed in Massachusetts because same sex marriages are not legal in California, where the couple lives.
