Equality On Trial: Movie Stars Josh Lucas, Patricia Clarkson, Marissa Tomei, And Others Reenact California’s Prop 8 Trial Testimony (Video)

Equality On Trial, which has been launched by the Courage Campaign has stars reenacting the testimony given by the plaintiffs in California’s Prop 8 trial.

Below we have Academy Award-winning actress Marisa Tomei and actor Josh Lucas who reenact Kristen Perry’s Prop 8 trial testimony in Plummer Park in West Hollywood and Actress Patricia Clarkson reenacting Helen Zia’s testimony in New York City

Testimony: Equality on Trial was conceived by Cleve Jones, who also created the NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt, the world’s largest community art project. Cleve, a friend and protégé of Harvey Milk, has dedicated his life to social justice, most specifically to LGBT equality. He currently works for UNITE-HERE and serves as a Senior Advisor to the Courage Campaign.
